  1. Apparently I am a little bit like everypony. But mostly Rarity, which I guess is true.
  2. My husband would kind of say the same thing, only the spammer is me. I like how happy and optimistic it is. I admit that I have a tendency to overdo it.

    movies/tv Movie Discussion

My husband and I both were pleasantly surprised by this movie. We went to see it because we like to go to the theater and out to dinner for dates and NOTHING else seemed to look good at all. Anyhow, I really liked it. I'm not big into dissecting things and I couldn't tell you anything more then that I like it. Also, about Brave, my opinion is that Pixar hasn't put out anything that isn't good yet, so I'm withholding judgement until it comes out. I mean really, when you saw the previews for UP about a guy with balloons on his house and a fat little boy it looks like they weren't possibly going to be able to do anything interesting with it. I was WOWed by that movie. So yeah, I'm looking forward to Brave myself, if only for the fact that it's a Pixar movie.
  4. I'm listening to what I usually listen to...which is Owl City. I admit I'm a little obsessed with it.
  5. Sometimes I like to turn on a Disney movie, because they have music and I know them all by heart because I've watched them SO many times, and have it playing in the background while I do my crafts. I only look up once in a while. Also, we've been watching a lot of Star Trek lately and while some episodes keep me enthralled, during others I am inclined to start folding origami or working on feathered hat pins. So yeah, for me it really depends. Anything new like How I Met Your Mother or Big Bang Theory or a movie that we haven't watched yet and I'm totally into it, not doing other things. Also, if I'm watching a movie with someone else I always pay attention. (unless it's my husband because well, he's my other half) I do think it's rude to go over to someones house to watch a movie and not actually watch it. My mother-in-law is terrible about that and it drives me crazy.
  6. My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic How I Met Your Mother Big Bang Theory Most of what I watch is not still airing though. My husband and I decided that the cable bill is not worth paying so we just pay for internet and netflix and we stream through the PS3 or X-Box 360. Recently we've been watching a lot of Star Trek. We just finished Voyager and started on Deep Space 9, which I'm not quite sure I like yet.... Other shows I love are: Avatar: The Last Airbender Firefly (Why did this die so young!?! ) Trigun
  7. "This may look like fun, but it's NOT." - Pinkie Pie For some reason, this one cracks me up.
  8. Seems that I am a little different then the general demographic of this forum. I think I'm a bit older...though I did get married young. Happily married for 4 years and counting.
  9. If you want the perspective of a woman then you can interview me. Good luck with your report!
  10. Ice, that wasn't a mess up. That was a matching game. Just kidding, that's pretty funny.
  11. Oooh, Pegasis, I do like that better. =) I do get where Klop is coming from though. Bronette I think defeats the purpose of having a different term for females. It still includes the "bro" part. Haha, I like this one too. Because well, we're kind of magical.
  12. I am married I like to play video games, including things like Halo and Boarderlands I paint and do origami I am a tea connoisseur (my family calls me a tea snob) I like Star Trek I am really into photography I am a brony (or pegasister)
  13. From a female perspective, I kind of like Pegasister. I am kind of a girly girl, and the term brony seems a bit masculine for my tastes. I don't mind if bronies want to call me a brony though, it's not that big of a deal. It's just nice to be a part of the herd.
  14. I don't live at home anymore, so yeah.... Buuuut, my husband came home one day and caught me watching it. It was actually the first day I had decided to watch it so I wasn't hiding it or anything. Anyhow, he gives me funny looks and teases me (playfully, not meanly) about watching it. He actually said that he gets why I like the show, but he doesn't understand why people are so obsessed with it and why it's such a huge phenomenon.
  15. I found a new use for my phone. Watching MLP:FiM on my breaks at work!

  16. I haven't been asked yet...And I dont' see anyone asking me either. Everyone knows I am a bit childish in my tastes to begin with. I'm an avid Disney movie collector, I love pink and I wear novelty t-shirts with cartoon characters and whatnot on them. Liking My Little Pony is not so far fetched for me. I would probably tell them that the characters are so unique and fun and It's light hearted and makes me smile.
  17. Sounds like an awesome idea. I look forward to it. <3
  18. I don't mean to be a negative nelly, I'm just being honest...that would be my first thought. I'm not saying that he was just feeling up women, it really looked very sweet on that video and like he made a lot of people smile. But if I were to personally come across him on the street I wouldn't want to hug him. It really is sad that the world we live in would make me so cynical about things like that.
  19. I have to send in the rent check every month...and I just ran out of stamps...makes me really wish I could draw. I you can sell them Apple Bloom, I'm sure I'd buy some.
  20. I think Xenophobia makes sense....but if it doesn't then maybe Xenolith? Since Tom was kind of a Xenolith right? Anyhow, Y is for.....Yay, because that's how Fluttershy cheers.
  21. I found it on http://ponycountdown.com/ which I found because I was looking up My Little Pony in the android market place. I wanted a MLP:FiM live wallpaper.
  22. Hmmmm...probably not to be honest. My first thought seeing a man holding a free hugs sign would probably be that he wants to feel up women.....Also I'm married and I only hug a few people....Mostly my husband.
