  1. Proofreading the next chapter for my fic so I can publish it. Well, what I'm really doing is procrastinating here on the forums while I should be proofreading.
  2. Yep. I really only leave to go to work or get in hours for my driving license. I've been thinking about starting road trips once I get a motorcycle since that seems like it would be a fun thing that wouldn't require a friend. The more I think about that beautiful Yamaha V-Star 650 for sale just down the road from my house, the more obsessed I get with wanting to ride it. I might not be a homebody anymore after I buy it.
  3. I have an older half-brother if that counts. We rarely talk (by rarely, I mean I haven't said a word to him in years), but he's pretty cool I guess. I have a sister 3 years older than me, and we're decently close. We talk once every month or two, so the only person I talk to more than her is my childhood friend. We used to do a lot of things together as children, but we just grew apart as I became more reclusive.
  4. I get pretty much all my clothes from there since it's cheap. And they also have some really cool items on occasion, too.
  5. To relax? Really only Skyrim, and firefight in Halo Reach back before my disc copy of that game broke. Pretty much every other game I play stresses me the F out, but they can still be fun. Just not relaxing. I also like to take out my KV-2 in World of Tanks on occasion. There's no feeling like like popping around a corner and one-shotting a poor unsuspecting medium tank, or shaving off 3/4 of the health of a heavy who was dumb enough to leave his side armor facing you. That is relaxing.
  6. A set of three soft blankets I've had since birth. They've been with me through everything, and I'll never part with them. My Conn 12M saxophone. Some of the best memories of my life are associated with it, and just marching band in general. My friend I've known since elementary school. He's the only one I still talk to on occasion (like once or twice a month, which isn't exactly often), and he's the most important person to me in my life right now. My cat. She's an annoying little troublemaker, and I love everything about her.
  7. I guess you could say I live in a suburban-rural area. There's a good one or two hundred feet in-between houses in my neighborhood, so I don't really know what that would classify as. I will say I'd prefer to live in a rural area, though. Somewhere in the mountains with lots of trees, as long as I can still get a good internet connection.
  8. I can stay up as late as I want, but I'll feel extremely tired in the morning if I don't go to bed soon enough to wake up naturally (so every night, basically). I pulled an all-nighter on vacation once because I was sleeping in the same room as my family and I can never sleep comfortably in the same room as someone else. I was very tired the next evening.
  9. Not particularly. I often find myself thinking I'd be better off female because of my personality and societal stereotypes, but I guess there's not exactly much I can do to change any of that.
  10. My bedroom. I don't have to deal with other people when I'm in here and it's just the most comfortable space at home to me. Once I'm out on my own I probably won't spend all my time in one room anymore.
  11. Riding, yes. Driving, no. In a car I'm constantly worrying about hitting something. They're just big clumsy machines. Sexy, big, clumsy machines, but still. Motorcycles are more my thing. I don't have one yet (I'm stuck with a bicycle with a motor strapped to it rn), but I've ridden one before, and I loved every second of it.
  12. Saxophones: King (because of the Super 20), but Conn is a close second. Technology: Samsung. It used to be LG since they have the best features imo, but I've just run into too many deal breaking issues with their stuff (apps crashing, phones boot-looping, phones crash-looping, the list goes on and on). Cars: Chevy (not gonna lie, a big reason is the Corvette) Motorcycles: Yamaha Gaming: None, but it used to be Bethesda. Every game company I've seen just puts out nothing but crap nowadays. Chocolate: Ghirardelli Clothing: Under Armour makes some pretty comfortable clothes (we were given two shirts, a hoodie, and raingear in college marching band), they're just really expensive. I tend to wear whatever I can afford.
  13. I should be doing laundry, showering, and writing. I keep procrastinating because I don't have the energy to do much. I'll get everything done eventually.
  14. A tuning slide for a trumpet. That's another dent I have to remove tomorrow at work
  15. I'm thin, I guess? I'm also fairly tall, but I don't actually like that. Personally I don't think I'm all that special, physically or otherwise.
  16. For a friend, the only thing that matters is personality. If you're having fun together it doesn't matter what either of you look like. For relationships I'd be a little more picky physically, but personality is obviously still the main thing. For example, I wouldn't date someone who's horribly overweight or can't keep themselves clean. Basically just all the controllable stuff.
  17. Sometimes online if someone is being toxic. I used to trash talk all the time with my friends back in high school, but we all did it to each other and we'd back off if it was starting to become too much.
  18. Sitting at my desk browsing the forums after getting home from work, as usual. It's nice to finally sit down and relax at the end of my shift.
  19. I wouldn't put this in the "cute" category, but whatever. It's still a great picture.
  20. I tend to capitalize the second letter of a word sometimes (like THis). Also, in the main fic I'm writing, I notice I misspell a character's name the same way a lot. His name is Sundance, and I commonly type Sudnance instead. I've done it so many times it's become a sort of running joke with myself. I don't really notice many other specific typos. They just happen randomly with different words, and autocorrect catches most of them.
