Made a redesign of a OC I had forgotten for two years: here comes Blue Vision!
If you are interested who she is, this is her mini biography:

Born as a countrymare but raised in the city of Maneponia, Blue was a mare with normal life, a noble promise, and an odd fear. She had no friends but is very close to her parents and is easily marveled by architectures she has never seen before.
Blue had made an oath to become a guard in Canterlot. She worked hard with sweat to join the E.U.P until her dream came true. It was a true accomplishment for her.
However, she had a fear of her cutie mark due to having abilities she refused to use; not only she can see future events through dreams, she can also enter other dreams like Princess Luna.

I just realized something about the ponies of Equestria: no matter what story or fimfic they are in, they still retain their beauty.
