Finally get to exercising. That got delayed due to a fifteen minute vent session of one relative calling me to complain about another. -
Once again me skipping out on family vacation proved to be the right choice. It's almost as if people who can't stand each other shouldn't force themselves to all vacation together.

Yeah I always try to go as soon as they open up and there's still a massive amount of people there. No matter what time of day I go there always seems to be a sea of people waiting for bloodwork done.

Welp. Out of the list in the OP. I’ve done the ice bucket one ages ago. I attempted the cinnamon one ages ago as well but I could not get the whole spoonful in my mouth. I don’t even think I got half of it and I was like no this is a bad idea lol. That was a bad time lol -
Out of curiosity I found a quiz. Took it and I got the Tiger. Which it says this The tiger puts a special emphasis on raw feelings and emotions.
