  7. Yeah I've ruined two microwaves in my lifetime because I wasn't paying attention with the time I put the food on and just walked away. I dk how nothing caught fire but it did cause both microwaves to not work again lol.

  12. Hiya I'm Clawdeen and I'm interested in the Readers Position. I've always loved reading and writing since I was a kid. I used to get yelled at for writing and reading during class instead of paying attention lol. I've always loved seeing the different ways people creatively express themselves through their writing. Whether it's through poetry or stories. Even with myself writing was the only way I could express myself or whatever was flowing through my mind. I had the pleasure of meeting Brian Jacques, author of the Redwall series, when I was just starting as a freshman in high school. He came to our local Borders, when those still existed, on his Redwall tour. My grandmother and I went together. There's the magic of reading books, there's the magic of writing your own work but there's also the magic in meeting the authors and creators of the works themselves. The experience I had with Brian really solidified my desire to not only become an author myself one day but made me fall in love with reading even more. It was getting to hear him actually talk about his work, about writing and his process. Plus he had a great sense of humor. When I finally got to meet him one on one for him to sign my books the first thing he did was joke about how he used to have hair as long as mine when he was my age. He was a very funny dude. We talked for a bit and it was cool. I mention this whole story because besides loving to read what people write, I also love knowing the process and the person behind the writing. I love when people share with me things they've written and tell me why they've wrote this. What they were thinking about. I love getting to know the person better as well as read their work. Plus I like to talk. As far as favorite stories go I have always loved Garth Nix's Abhorsen series, Holly Black's Modern Faerie Tales Series as well as her Cruel Prince series, Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles and Ellen Schreiber's Vampire Kisses series. As far as manga goes, while I've not read too much of this especially here lately, I do love One Piece and Death Note. Comics - I love the Saga series, the Fables Series, Batman Knightfall, Knightquest and Knightsend series and The Sandman series. I would love to help out you lovely people wherever you may need me. Plus at least 2 of you to my knowledge like Monster High so you're already my favorite people. Thank you for considering me ~
