    Wick wandered about aimlessly through the shattered fragments of a reality that simply vanished from his mind. He did not know what happened. He did not know why he was there. 'I do have wings, though,' he commented assuredly to himself as he glanced over his grey coat. That was about the only piece of comfort now. Lifeless ponies lay scattered about like the discarded rag dolls of bratty, disgruntled foals, and the weight of dread that towered in his mind was almost unbearable. "Anypony out there?" he called to the emptiness, wondering if another soul had been lucky enough ... or unlucky enough ... to survive whatever it was that had happened.

    I'm not really sure. I don't know many people on here on a personal level, but I'd probably want an artistic conscience to tell me to get me to stop working all the time and write more.

    I love this image. Dash+big f'n gun equals automatic win. Favorite character with a weapon that will turn an enemy into mist. Epic.

    lol This would have been a good post for my Ask a Particle Physicist thread. Long story short, if color ceased to exist it would mean one of two things. 1) We just couldn't perceive wavelengths, and nothing would really change, or 2) wavelengths ceased to exist and we'd be fubard. Color really amounts to perception, so things wouldn't really change very much except to say we'd have far fewer adjectives. ;P It also would depend as to whether or not we were aware of the change.

    I'd say it's a toss up between Tara Strong and Ashleigh Ball. Tara Strong has a really awesome sauce online presence, but I dig Ashleigh Ball for singing.

    RD is my fav character in that show. lol In the random universe where it could happen, I'd even write a spin-off myself, but I do think it is a bad idea. The strongest point of MLP, IMO, is hte collective of the Mane 6 and the great complementarity. When you take that away in a spin-off, it just wouldn't function very well. You'd lose a lot of the dynamic. I'd wholeheartedly support a set of side story comics though, perhaps focusing on each of the M6 in an arc. That could be interesting.

    I think this has already broadened beyond the scope of just Rarity to the more general topic of what to do about love in MLP. We already have Shining Armor + Cadence, but... meh I shouldn't have even gotten myself started on that sham of a Twilight Sparkle plot device... but seeing the Mane 6 in developing relationships could be interesting. There are a lot of potential lessons up in there: finding love where you least expect it, learning to cope with differences, and all that good stuff. But, I think the dynamic of the show would really change if that were done. I'm just not sure if the time is right yet.
