Look, man.  Here's what's going on with me, and it's not just because I'm a whiny, entitled fanboy on the level of the Mass Effect fanboys regarding ME3's ending.

 

I'm suffering from depression, as a result of me taking drugs like Fluoxetine and Strattera.  Nothing is interesting me anymore, not even going for walks to the park.  Hell, my potency barely even exists!  So, I take out my depression on the Internet even if it reduces me to a troll.

 

That, and I just don't see the popularity to DBZ, if it's nothing but slow-paced, meandering and repetitive fights and characters being stuffed into the refrigerator over and over and over again.

 

EDIT: Also, what about the Rainbow Power scene?  That made Twilight's friends useful and relevant again, unlike before when they were stuffed in the refrigerator to motivate Twilight's fight with Tirek.

I'm so sorry sorry you suffer from depression, but none of that or dragon ball has nothing to do with Twilight's fighting scene. You just don't put MLP and DBZ in the same sentence because they don't belong together, and all you do is compare it to Dragon Ball.

If you were more rational about how you don't like the fighting scene perhaps you would feel this like less of an attack.

You have to understand that Twilight is the main character of the show, she is a princess and all of her friends are happy for her, and even if Twilight is more powerful. The elements of harmony would never work if she's alone, she needs her friends to activate the most powerful magic of Equestria so they aren't useless at all.

none of Twilight's friends are alicorns or are that powerful to stop Tirek. If you even cared about the story which i know you didn't anyway you would notice that the chest wasn't ready to be opened, Tirek already stole her friend's magic including Discord, Tirek destroyed Twilight's home. There wasn't any other solution than fighting back to stop him.

I admit the fight scene was a fan service lvl 100, but it was well placed because there was no other choice for Twilight.

I ain't offended by either, personally

I wasn't talking exactly about you, but anyone that gets offended by one thing but enjoys another thing that may normally be considered more offensive than that first thing.
