I liked Pinkie Pie at first just because she was fun and cute, but I eventually chose Fluttershy as best pony because I relate to her so much, and I've found more ways we're alike as the show's gone on. Pinkie is still second, but tied with Dashie and Rarity because they all have awesome writing and development.

I'm definitely on-board with this idea. Like you said, there's evidence that it will be human!Twilight, but the one thing is how is she going to get the pony ears/wings if she's human!Twi? And how will it work for her to now transfer to Canterlot High (parallel with pony!Twi moving to Ponyville from Canterlot I guess) and the others to probably recognise her as the Twilight they met before? There is the whole thing that human!Pinkie assumed the human!Twi she saw in town was her twin, but then if they bring that up, then human!Twi will be confused since she doesn't have a twin sister... I'm really curious how all this is going to come together

Wow, that was pretty damn epic. *cracks knuckles* This is gonna be a long one… It opened on a good note, I loved the little jokes with Spike’s statue, Pinkie’s “why the long face?” (Really, Pinkie? Really?) and all that. Flash Sentry made another comeback, to be honest I kinda like seeing him. And the representatives from other countries were cool The songs were awesome ^^ The princesses sound amazing singing in harmony, and was that Kazumi singing as Luna? I guess it makes sense since Tabitha speaks for both Rarity and Luna, so if Kazumi sings for Rarity, she would sing for Luna… I liked the story of Tirek and Scorpan but I wish we heard more about Scorpan… I think Tirek was an awesome villain, but I’m gonna need some time to figure out how he ranks next to the others, but he was great So this is why Discord was reformed, I guess? Celestia suspected something would happen and knew Discord would be useful. By the way, just because I like to, I’m going to call Discord by my nickname for him, Dizzy, from now on, k~? I’m not huge on the pairing, but hey, it is kinda cute… Ok, that’s enough of that, onto other stuff So we were right about the items being keys, and the idea that they got them basically by relearning their Element of Harmony then teaching it to somepony else was right too “C’MON BONELESS!!!!!” oh, Pinkie Pie~ Twilight getting the alicorn magic was a cool sequence, I loved the animation of that. And the problems with controlling it were fun, but I was actually a little scared when the Celestia, Luna and Cadence were all sent to Tartarus The Twilight vs Tirek fight was one of the best in the series, and a real “it’s not just for little girls” kind of moment I realised early on that Discord would be the one for Twilight to teach her Element to, but I was still all fangirly when it happened. Then Rainbow Power. That was a little… ugh… but at least it was only temporary So, the library has now been replaced by a castle for Twilight? … Cool Princess of Friendship. I knew it. I called it. I was right

Ah, finally, the Equestria Games~! We’ve been waiting for this for, what, a year or so? The opening scene was cute, with the callbacks to past Games episodes like Flight To The Finish and Rainbow Falls. Bulk Biceps is still a cutie I love that Spike’s getting some better treatment here. His role in The Crystal Empire is brought back and it was pretty funny to see how he reacted. And Ms Harshwinny calling him Mr The Dragon reminded me of Kermit being called Mr The Frog. His little freak out was interesting and I really felt for him then, I used to have stage fright >.< And I love the way he looks when his scales (ears?) droop down like that~ And his cute sad face Then he went all ‘celebrity’ for a bit and I was inwardly cringing… And his awkward singing… It was cringy, but cute But I loved the ending. Spike really is a hero, he saved the Crystal Empire twice and just feels he did what anypony else would have done. I thought the whole ice arrows thing was pretty cool (no pun intended) and then it hit the cloud and wow. I realised what was going to happen right before it did, but it was still epic. I think that’s a biggest fire Spike’s ever created. And it wasn’t his normal magical green flame; that was actual fire breath. I really liked his final narration, too. It was a good lesson and Cathy did an awesome job as usual this episode Little things I want to say: The princesses’ thrones are so cool The fire animation looks really smooth and I love it Rainbow Dash: “’Sup” Pinkie: “NAILED IT!” Me: Pinkie no The anti-magic spell was an interesting touch, and of course it was important in that only Spike could really save the day because of it

Pretty cool episode this week, not brilliant, but enjoyable and well done I loved seeing Twilight as a teacher. She’s just as you’d expect her to be, strict and a little close-minded, but passionate and very focused There’s a History of the Wonderbolts movie? It makes me happy when the show brings up movies as canon since my OC is a film maker Spike and Owlowiscious dancing around with Dash was so cute /)^3^(\ It was interesting to see how each of the Mane 6 learn in their own ways. The pets play was really cute and also a pretty good idea. Just not for Rainbow… Pinkie Pie rapped. That’s a thing that happened. Guys. I just, I don’t know what to say about this. I don’t know how I feel about this. I liked it, but I didn’t…? And Vinyl was there. That was cool I think Rainbow Dash’s learning method is pretty interesting, and I love how everypony got together to help her, it was so creative. So, she’s basically a passive visual learner. On top of that, the fact she can multitask while flying like that and remember every little detail she saw just shows what a great flyer she really is “Hmmm… I’m intrigued” *puts on hat* :okiedokielokie:

Such a cute episode this week~ Sweetie Belle being into theatre is actually a pretty cool idea. And I can relate to her in her love of show tunes over the most popular music. I’m into writing and hope to be a (film) director too, so it’s nice to see Sweetie being relatable to me But that poor little filly gets tossed aside in favour of her older sister’s designs… I do like the Sweetie and Rarity episodes, their relationship is so interesting to watch. Rarity is a really good sister to her, there’s just a lack of communication sometimes. And I do love seeing Sweetie Belle guilt tripping her sister like she did in Sleepless In Ponyville We saw Sweetie Belle use her magic again~ She’s improving Luna’s appearance in this episode was awesome. As usual. :comeatus: I loved the dream sequences, especially the inverted colour part. I did wonder what happened at Sweetie’s 5thbirthday party once she mentioned it at the start, but I expected it to be a noodle incident gag Sapphire Shores has returned and she’s still fabulous And the bouncer. Just. The bouncer. I liked him Apple Bloom and Scootaloo are Sapphire fans The chase scene was pretty fun too The ending when Luna comes to Sweetie Belle to help her outside of the dream was nice. And I think it’s cool that Sapphire seems to be a little superstitious with all her concerns about luck OK. Luna has visited the dreams of Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle. Next up is Apple Bloom

This was a pretty fun episode! Not absolutely amazing or anything, but really enjoyable ^^ The opening with the CMC trying to act all mature then turning a corner and suddenly celebrating was adorable Applejack was a lot of fun this episode. She seems to have learned how to teleport from Pinkie Pie, too. Her overprotectiveness was funny, but I did feel for Apple Bloom. Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo was pretty damn cute. Sweetie’s “That sounds delightful” was so like her sister. And I was all excited for a song but then Scoots had to go and ruin that, huh? And they both looked cute in the bows Also, “Like she does everything, with SASS!” The spooky forest was cool, but where is it? Looking at the map of Equestria, the swamps are off to the south-east and there’s no town on the other side. There is Hayseed on the side closer to Ponyville but if that’s where the pies were going, why did AB have to go through the swamps? Or was that White Tail Woods? Or another part of the Everfree Forest? And if the town wasn’t Hayseed, then where was it? The chimera sisters monster thing was awesome and they’re interactions were entertaining, but, yea, they were scary Applejack was a boss in that final scene. A boss in flame proof boots

Yea, I suppose you're right there. He does still act sneaky and tricky around them. But I can't help but give him the benefit of the doubt when it comes to his relationship with Fluttershy. I can see why it could be considered unhealthy in a way, but I personally choose to believe that friendship is real. That's my interpretation, anyway.

I really like this. Both the song, and the theory. The idea thrown around that Discord actually is Starswirl was good but had a few faults. This makes much more sense and would make for some really cool stories. I think it's interesting that this would mean Discord succeeded in forming the friendships that his creator failed to make.

Sweetie's voice actress Claire Corlett was only about 11 or 12 when the show started, and she's 14 now. As everyone has said so far, puberty is a thing and her voice has changed. Even for the character having only aged a year over the last three seasons, horses and ponies age faster than humans so it does make sense.
