Seems to happen to me on a daily basis sooner or later. By the end of the day my mood tends to fall.

What makes you happy? Wynaut do that when your mood drops, whatever that may be? Like a hobby or something. Something to express your mood in a healthy way?

I don't know, I'm never good at these things, but I used to write dark poetry or make other artsy stuff to express my frustration during depression. Maybe that'll work for you? idk
