Yes there is a solution to this problem! Normally Elektross due to its ability Levitate, has no weaknesses but there is a Pokemon here that can bypass that. Points to anyone whk can figure out this puzzle!

This was a tricky one, but I think I figured it out. I might not be correct on this idea, but I wanted to give it a try. 

I was thinking of Excadrill, which has the hidden ability, Mold Breaker.
