The writers did good at what they were trying to do, and is believable for what the CMC would do, but It just annoys me too much. Now as for Spike at the Equestria Games, I thought that was funny. He was getting too into himself and learned the hard way. LOL, what else was he going to do besides run away? I cracked up when Pinkie yelled "NAILED IT!!" at the end. What's funnier is that she actually meant it! As far as we know, the only time Scootaloo has spent with Twilight up to that point was when she was hanging out with Cheerilee in Show Stoppers, and telling her cutie mark story. And speaking of Show Stoppers, it puzzles me why the CMC song has been mentioned here so many times. I love it Their singing is way too on-key to get the bad singer cringe effect... and I'm really hyper sensitive to it, to the point that I can't listen to most amateur vocal work, or even stand to hear myself attempt to sing in a safe place where no one can hear me, unless I drown it out by singing along with something, with the volume turned up nice and loud Spike was pretty bad, though.
