Come now, Danza isn't bad. Its just really technical. Don't call a band bad because you don't understand its roots. Sometimes its also good to listen to just plain stupid and crazy stuff. Danza is really interesting for its completely unorthodox use of guitars.

Yeah, I've heard Insect Warfare. I also like Repulsion, and Discordance Axis. Discordance Axis is really good, though I've already posted them.

Sort of mathy, and the screams are a little extreme, even for grind.

I'm actually listening to this one grind band "The Kill" right now, they released a new album in 2012. Rly obscure, though.

Seriously, Coheed is a band you shouldn't pass up, even if they're not traditionally "metal".  Claudio, Travis, and Josh dish out the most awesome shreds and melodies you're ever likely to hear.
