I got lucky when I got the album. If you go on their facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/thrashistregime/app_178091127385) you can check out two more songs; Vermin and Culture of Vanity. Vermin is a part of a three song trilogy on their album, and is my personal favorite of the two.

Anyway, I've really been diggin' this LOG album as of recent, and I generally don't like Metalcore. Maybe it was Redneck? Maybe Adler's recognizable drums (which, I fucking love)? Maybe its because of the amount of respect I have for Randy's ballsy attitude? IDK, but I like this. Love the second track too!

Chuck Schuldiner's band Death was a very influential death metal band. Recently, I have been developing a strong love of their music. I will now share a sample of their collection, in hopes that you, too, will appreciate this amazing music.

Don't get saddened or offended. Its just that making haikus, as satirical (I think, or some sort of politcally correct term) and unique as they're supposed to be, won't help Feld0's point for enforcing this minimum post thing - to enforce quality posts (but I'm sure you already know about this, so this may come off as expected).

We have convo's once in a while, but usually it's just a quick four word sentence and the song, and that's all that's really needed around here.

You might wanna talk with Stryker, ToBeATree or... I forgot the guys name, used to be known as Don Caponee, they'll gladly show you some interesting black metal. Well, once they get online.

What are some good djent bands? The only one I know of is Periphery, and while I do occasionally give the instrumental version of their first album a listen as background music while I do something, it's not at all something I listen to frequently. I'd like to hear some other bands to get an idea of what the sub-genre is like. I doubt that I'll like it, but I'm still curious.

That saddens me as well. The problem of people posting "lol yeah" is legitimate, but some of the most successful threads on the forums are vid dumps. (blah blah two of them are mine vested interest yeah yeah)

Try asking Djenty/The Djentleman when he gets back online. Same with Crispy - the two know their Djent. Same could be said about ToBeATree as well, but I think there's more to him than just Djent.
