Was gonna put Horde - Behold, the Rising of the Scarlet Moon and Trouble - Black Shapes of Doom up here as well, but apparently that is too many links. All three bands are (I believe) lesser known (especially Horde) and deserve more listeners.

I remember having very vivid ideas years ago about how the light that man wanted to shine across the universe has all but burned out. But truthfully, I suspect it's always been like this. Man just doesn't, and never will, have much light to shine to begin with. Yet still he builds his cities and empires, and ceaselessly seeks to gather more knowledge, perhaps in the delusion that he can make man's light burn a little brighter, desperate to find something of permanence, or perhaps something which might prove to him that mankind is a benefit to the Universe and to himself and that it is worth existing. But he will not.

One of my threads was just moved to Cloudsdale. I'm cry.

 

I hope it doesn't happen to this one.

 

I hope not, I'll likely forget the thread exists if it does. I spend all my time in the media center, I literally don't go anywhere else on the forums anymore so I would forget it existed. :(

 

Since I've been on a Dio kick lately after discovering there's more than Holy Diver out there I found this song. Good intro and I like the vocals.

Whoa, I really love the sound of this song. The woman singing really adds to the song. I'm not sure if she's just in here for this song or if she's part of the band though, I don't know anything about Cradle of Filth, I only know their name and decided to check them out for real.

I don't think that would happen, considering this thread is too specific to be moved, and not silly/spammy enough to be sent to Cloudsdale. Don't fret!

Come September, this may become one of my top favourite albums of 2012. I cannot wait for it. With that being said, Casualties of Cool is gonna be exciting to hear as well. Considering it also features the female vocalist on Ki, Che Dorval, I'm SERIOUSLY hoping it has a Ki vibe to it (despite it being a counterpart to the commercial-esque Epicloud).

Heh, I've met those guys. They live in Sävar, just 15 minutes from where I live, and thanks to my school counselor, I've met them. She knows the whole band :D

The drummer Tomas Haake went to my school, I have the musicteacher he had and my teacher told me that he failed in music when he went to school what the hell.

They used to be straight Thrash, but decided to change to Death metal by their third album. This is their first album, but the deviation of riffs and tempos will get you wet.

I'm having a Lamb of God moment again. I really do like how Adler's kit sounds, especially the snare in this track.

The forums became boring to me at one point, so I took a break from them. Then real life got in the way, and I became addicted to Facebook for several months, and I just forgot about this site. Now I'm back, and ready to become active here again.
