What happened to showing sneak peeks of season 5?

The end of season 4 really wasn't THAT long ago. I would think it's just too early right now; especially with "Rainbow Rocks" still to be released.

This. I think they're focusing on increasing the hype for Equestria Girls, since the new movie will likely happen before season 5. (As seen by the bunch of shorts they've done) Once the movie gets released, I bet we'll start seeing some S5 stuff.

Season 5 is still in production, so I don't think they have enough material to cobble together a trailer / preview yet. We'll most likely get a animatic at Comic-Con.

I mainly want another G1 villain in S5. 

If this season is going to be better than the latter, this show is going to hit grand standards, is only becoming better and better.
