I love the OST for all the halo games, though the halo 4 one is a bit different.

Dust an Elysian tail, that's an amazing OST, I'd recommend getting it on itunes if you have it.

Metroid prime is awesome! Though my personal favorite would still be Majoras Mask. Makes me get that slecial zelda nostalgic feeling every time,when I hear it. Even though the last time I played it wasn"t too lomg

I like the Phoenix Wright video game music. There are a wide range of themes for the different characters and different parts of the game. Here's one of my favorites:

I tend to like games with semi-unique soundtracks, at least as far as video games go.

 

The World Ends With You

Metal Gear Rising

Anything from the Shin Megami Tensei games

Devil May Cry, particularly DmC

 

But even among standard soundtracks some of my favorites are:

 

Kingdom Hearts (especially the boss battles)

The entirety of the Wild Arms series

Baten Kaitos

 

Just to name a few.

 

And yes, there have been several topics about this and most of them get merged into one monster one. I would know, I created one myself. Pretty sure it was the first one but it got merged with the Video Game OST Blob™.

Personally I'm not a huge fan of most of the Metal Gear music outside of a few boss themes. Rising was the only one with a truly amazing soundtrack. But opinions and all that.
