Gosh darn it. I had hoped to finally see who the mysterious Traveller were. :3 But hey, still interesting what is to come. ^^

I can't see how they couldn't. Socks looks like a neutral that can begin interacting with anypony and then things can be taken from there, even if things will be mostly one-sided. A simple beginning of random encounter would work ell there to start things I'd wager.

 

As for Broken, I can't see that much of an issue either. He would draw some attention, and I tend to see a lot of OC's in this RP will be curious. As an example, I know that my OC Ziggy would be drawn to him like a moth to a lamp, concerned and curious at the stitching done, and worried about his condition. I'd think random encounter meeting with him would work too, but perhaps having him wander into one of the other groups would be workable as well, depending on how it were played off.

 

If you want to use both though, you Could also go and begin with Broken, then lead into Socks as things went on as she is his friend and would potentially want to know who it were that hung around him. Out of jealousy, wanting him more or less to herself, curiosity or something else I don't know, as that would require details about them that only you knew. But it might work.

 

What are your thoughts on it?

Mind if I ask, where exactly is Alexander's place? Ponyville? And are his doors locked/will he hear it if somepony knocks? Need to be sure before I know how to start off with ya.

 

Oh, and I think I remember your last OC now. The DJ pony who met with Ziggy like a half year or so ago, right? (In real time that is. In the RP it'd be like two days ago tops.)

I'll start working on replies now, so waiting is the path. And nothing wrong with the pony creator, though if you want more options, you can try the fabolous ponymaker Halloween edition. I've used that for the last few batches of my OC's. :3

Alright then, got responses made. A few informations with it.

 

First off, the picture in it is because I needed a visualisation. This were the first one I found were not marked as *do not post* and I have given credit to the artist, though as written, I could sadly not give a link to her site, as it seems to be down, and the last piece I have found her making were February 2008. Might be something that she does not dwell in anymore, I don't know, but there you have it.

 

Second off, this is my last post for a few days. Going away this weekend for a few things, including my sisters birthday, so I won't have the few hours I need to sit down and write in peace until I get home Sunday evening. I'm sorry about that, but I have to get those sort of things done first and foremost.

 

I can still roam the OOC section and answer PM's though if you have questions during that time. Requires less time so I don't risk the phone resetting it when I have to put it away for a while, and don't require me to be in peace to get the groove going.

 

That will be it for now.

Ok, I MAY have crossed an RP line right now, but I am posting it and I will retcon it if you want, but I am using this moment for two things.

 

1) To Explore the idea of a changeling hive-mind, and how it is that the hive-mind is a double edged sword for Bashful, rather than just a 'get out of jail free' card for him to go all badass

 

2) I wanted to see if I could write a convincing Queen Chrysalis.  How did I do?

(1) What a hive mind is depends on the characters own interpretation I'd say, and your version is interesting.

 

(2) Never seen the show really beyond the This Night Aria (I think that was the name of the vid) but seems fitting to what others have said in the RP about being manipulating. Also, a creature like that would also change approach depending on who they were talking with, so even ifit varies some, it would still be very fitting in my mind as your version certainly pulls his strings.

 

As for crossinga line, I can't see that haven happened.

I really seem to be getting on a roll with strange creatures and weird animals these days huh? Still, I found it fun to make my own, small links to things, yet there is a small thing I'd like to clarify to @@Seamore Sandwich, and @@cwhip9, which is what I call Purgatory. It is not Actually that, just figured it would be what Zinthar might call it.

 

Consider it for now, part of the dream realms that you reach when you fall through the cracks and into places that nothing really enjoys traversing. We'll work out things as things go on, and I'll edit things as it goes in case I mess something up or you have better ideas to the overall theme.

 

And P.S. Yes, the slender cat is connected to the whip. We'll see if there will be some information on that as things go along and things occur.

@@Blitz Boom  Well, out of the frying pan and into the fire.  How is Giddon going to get away with the artifact, with the place being swarmed (Litterally) but what seems to be palace guard and officers.  What is to become of the prisoners they rescued, and the cultists that are 'arrested'. 

 

And what is going to happen when they find out about that artifact Giddon has managed to steal away from the cultists?

We can shove you in somewhere with ease dude. :3 Or heck, we can have your own thing going on at the side, and then see if it turns in towards one of the others if it comes to that. It's the beauty of having an RP without any actual, overarching goal: Things can be started out of nowhere and still be totally fine.

 

If you want to be part of one of the current ones though, you could always join @@MDLineArt, and myself and simply be one of the freed cultists or prisoners there. You'd be more healthy in it with being a cultist, but it depends on your stance of having been mind-controlled for a while contra being malnourished in a cage and prepared for conversion.

 

But hey, all up to you. We can work something out no matter what way we go here. I'm just the enabler (AKA, I can BS a lot around if given enough time to make it fit) whilst the choice is yours. ^^
