Have you ever had a paranormal experience?

A few years ago my family took a tour on an old orphanage where children were abused and now supposedly haunt the place, along with the abusive head mistress. Objects moved, but I just wrote that off as being rigged by the staff. But there's one thing that I can't think of an explanation for: my sister suddenly said "Something touched me!" she looked down and realized her bracelet was broken; no one was next to her. The tour guide said that other people had had their jewelry broken on other tours too. So what about you? Have you ever had any weird experiences like this?

Yes,once I was tormented by some...thing! It was a large black shadow with strange red lines on him...he would break stuff (and he would make strange noises)  in the middle of the night. One time he cut open the bathroom window!

I was at my grandmother's, she said it was haunted. The hallway she'd often see a shadowy figure walk past. Well one night, I was in one of the guest rooms sleeping. There's two beds, and inbetween them is a window, and a streetlight shining through offering the only light. My sister was sleeping in the other bed. I woke up in the middle of the night to see a dark brownish figure with a black outline sitting at the edge of my bed. I would've ruled this out as sleep paralysis-except I had full control of my body. I stared at the thing until I noticed it starting turning it's head around slowly. I quickly retreated under the covers. I sat there, unable to sleep for what felt like hours, finally I peeked out and it was STILL THERE! I had to force myself to sleep.

In short, no. Me, my brother and his girlfriend even stayed at Waverly Hills Sanatorium, supposedly one of the most haunted places in the world, for 4 hours and we experienced nothing.

 

That was over 7 years ago. I don't believe in that stuff now.

I've had a few at my ivernight job that I couldn't explain away in logical explanation( yes I believe in the paranormal but I don't say every noise I can't easily explain is a ghost)

Now #1 ine night of work me and the person I worked with wete talking and we heard a cup get hit on the table and Sonething pushed the garbage can across the floor(only heard didn't see makes a very distinct noise)

 

#2 only me i. The kitchen the storefront oerson was using the bathroom, I clearly heard soneobe say my name in a loud whisper next to me.

 

#3 this was my old job and a distutbing one, first back story this happened like a month after the owner died, i was working late alone and was mopping my floor when I felt soneone looking at me and I turned around to see a sleeve of what looked like a jean shirt go around the corner i to the front kitchen, at that point i freaked out and looked for a intruder in the building cause only the bartender was left up front and he was relaxibg at the bar when ao asked him if he was in the back he replied "no"

After i gathered my senses I realized what i seen was the old owner's wearing his favorite shirt and was just checking on me quietly, luke he always did to everyone, to make sure i was just working

I have been to an abandoned mountain village in Sedona Arizona now turned in to a tourist attraction, the entire town including the mines are haunted

I have also visited the Whaley house in San Diego California

 

and guess what I saw nothing though my camera bugged out really badly when I was trying to record inside the Whaley house and when I was alone in the court room I swear I saw something move fast across the room also saw a few shadows I wanted to stay a bit longer in there alone but I had to leave

 

other then that I haven't encountered many ghosts but my dad had an amazing story

 

he is a Correctional officer he was patrolling the prison late at night and all the sudden he hears a cart he was confused because that prison stopped using carts a long time ago he went to investigate and nothing was there he heard the cart come closer then farther but he saw nothing he then learned a guard was murdered and that could be his ghost

I never had any paranormal experiences and thus I do not believe in that sort of stuff at all.

I went to a haunted jail in my country with my sister and a paranormal group we experienced things like flashing orb lights, table tipping and weird noises.

You know this topic has been brought up several times when I think I've quoted this post several times in the past .

 

I was about seven or eight years old.

I woke up in the middle of the night, and descended from my top bunk to the floor and headed to the restroom. *skips stuff* Once I finished, I walked back to my room. As I entered the room, I turned my head to the right for no particular reason, and then saw a small silhouette in the dark with bright green eyes, which was laughing at me in the creepiest of ways. I quickly ran into my parents room, and asked to spend the night there, but it wasn't over. I continued to hear whatever it was laughing and gurgling (or gargling) from my parents' restroom, and it appeared only I was able to hear it. After that night, nothing so daunting ever occurred to me again.

Yeah, I've seen orbs before. When I see these orbs, I also will feel this feeling of warmth cover my entire body. It usually lulls me back to sleep, since I'm too scared to fall back asleep since there's an orb in my doorway. I've also seen what appeared to be a fairy once. It was a tiny ball of light right above my head in the middle of the night. I swear it had little legs or something. I felt this warm feeling mid-dream, and I woke up still feeling it. That's when I saw the fairy thing. 

 

Anyways, I apparently claimed to see my (dead before I was even born) great-grandma all the time as a little kid. One cousin of mine had a ghost friend when she was a little girl. The other cousin has seen angels before. So yeah. My family has had paranormal experiences before.

This was during my middle school years, I was on a trip in Savannah, Georgia with my girl scout troop at the time and we

were taking the ghost tour driven by horse carriage, the weird part was everytime my dad wanted to take a photo of

one of the buildings we passed, his camera battery kept dying when he tried to take a photo and we turned the corner it

would start working normally again and it continued to do that during the entire tour

It seems the only time I've really had a paranormal experience was when I actually believed in that kind of stuff. Now that I don't believe in ghosts (with my eyes) I don't think about it. It's a state of mind to me.
