I was hoping someone could help me out.

Is there any kind of program with allows you to sort documents based on keywords and such, like a tagging system?

Hoping for something fairly elaborate where I can group a keyword and any abbreviations under one tag.

I'm pretty sure there's one on every computer, just put the tags in the title of the document and then search for the tag via the windows search bar in the little menu or the one on the top right on the mac and it should pop up

Misunderstood/Misread. Abbreviations under the same tag? I don't really know if you can do that pre-set with any program... I  think you'd have to set that up yourself somehow
