I fully agree that she is a very cool pony and really should get more love. A nurse redheart mini story would be great to see from the show, hell they could combine it into some sort of episode where it shows small sized episodes from random background ponies. Now that I would enjoy.

Fun fat: 

Nurse Redheart's cutie mark had to be changed due to copyright from the Geneva Convention. Hasbro would've needed approval from the actual Red Cross to use the mark.
