lmfao, I'm exactly like you guys. I play mostly heavies and meds, so when I'm in a TD I instantly rush to the front to end up dying due to my paper front lower glacis plate.

I find it extremely sad that my JagdE100 and my Object 268 tier 10 TD's are more accurate than my tier 8 French AC 1948 TD with it's 120mm. It's really annoying and that's one reason why I run it in the front line even though it has paper armor.

You'll find the lines that you like, it's just a matter of time. I really like the american and russian heavy lines. Beau, they're french, what did you expect, lmfao?

Yes it just takes time trying all the lines and finding the ones that you really like. Like just lately, i've went from being a heavy tank driver to a fast medium, hard hitting tank driver just because I like their style more. If the test server was still up, i'd suggest trying it and testing every tank you can dream of and find what you like the most. Ace, but still it's a 120mm as compared to the 152mm and 170mm on the other TD's. You'd think that the 120mm would be the most accurate of the 3. XD

God I hope the arty nerf in 8.3 isn't going to be that severe. I love my arty and pissing people off with it. What really gets to me is the fact that EVERYONE says that arty is "Easy mode" and "OP". I honestly think that those people who think that have never played arty before because it sure as hell ain't no walk in the park and it certainly ain't no "Easy mode". The nerve of some people. =/

Hmm really?? I never tried the test server but I saw all the patch notes that will be for the arty and I thought it said that all the mobility of the arty was getting nerfed.

Yeah it does suck. These nerfs though won't keep me from playing my arty. Maybe i'll even start going full gold rounds when the nerf comes just to show everyone that I don't care what they do to arty XD. The autoloaders will get nerfed just like the French ones did and the Chinese tanks i've heard are pretty OP except for the fact that they have like 0 gun depression.

I'm racking up my free xp just for Chinese tanks. I have about 200k free xp if I only have 8k gold, lol! Everybody says it's really fun when using an OP new tank, but when they get nerfed it's a pain in the rump. Major.

Haven't tried the test server yet, actually. The reason I don't really like it is because;

1) Being twoshot by tier 5 and below is much better than being oneshot, more chance to survive

2) Even though it's a little bit, it still is something, might make the hummel less fun for ME

3) It's fine as it is. Sure, it's the best tier 5 arty, but they all equal out in the higher tiers

artillery is not MEANT to be fair, that was i dont get about players bitching about it, my grandfather was in charge of 5 155 mm artillery cannons in the 981st field artillery (at least i think thats the number x3) anyway his battery destroyed plenty of tanks.

reality isnt fair, players should just get over it and play the game.

Most players go out of their way to pin the blame of the game on one player or group of players and as far as blaming a clan for the games problems. There are MANY elitist pricks who play this game (me included) who do nothing but bitch and moan and groan about the issues with this game. Anything from arty to the so called "Wallet Warriors" (who i'm also a part of XD) to complaining about the big clans and Clan Wars. This game is meant to be fun but no one can find that fine line between being an elitist prick and being a completely horrible player whilst having fun. That is the downfall I see in this game. XD Sorry in a ranting mood so had to get that out.

i know plenty of eleitist pricks, and i have a great time pissing them off, if their on my team, i shoot them in the ass, if their on the enemy team, i hunt them down, the people that i hate are the ones that complain about camping.

its real WW2 tank tactics, sit and wait for the enemy to come to you if at all possible

Haha yeah I agree with you on that one. Camping is a natural thing and is not a bad thing to do either. Normally if you go out searching for the enemy, it's garunteed that he is camping and waiting for you to foolishly show up in his sights.

I'm actually getting better with TD. I used to always play heavy, so I had the brawling mindset. Instead of rushing into battle and dying in a TD, I put myself in a conservative mentality and try to not get hit. My damage dealt ratio is steadily rising, no joke. Now I have realized that I can not only do my homework while I'm camping in a TD, but I can literally go outside for a minute or two with my wireless headset.
