Topping your tacos

Taco lovers, what do you put in your crunchy (or soft) Mexican American morsels? I just wolfed down 2 of those bad boys, and they had faux taco meat (Morning Star farms. mmmm, veggie meat) sharp cheddar, sriracha sauce, Louisiana hot sauce, onions, minced garlic, sweet corn, and bell peppers (though usually, I skip the corn and bell peppers, and go for cilantro instead)

98% of the time, I go for crunchy shells. Can't resist that sweet, sweet crunch.

I don't think I've ever had sour cream on a taco (that I've made) before. Taco Bell's, sometimes. I don't care for it, much. ):

you make the salsa yourself, or buy it? (I love the salsa I make, on mine....when the ingredients are available. omg yum)

I always try to spice things up by adding something I haven't tried before. Although I have my limits. Usually it's a type of hot sauce or unusual cheese.

soft tacos are more authentic, yes (and just as yummy as crunchy) but fuck, they fall apart too easily, under all the weight of the toppings

I eat tacos with Morning Star Veggie Meat (Veggie Crumbles), sauce, and a lot of shredded cheddar cheese and lettuce. 

I personally eat soft tacos, and I don't really put a whole lot of toppings on it.

I usually go for the "traditional taco": beef, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and mild/hot sauce. If I'm feeling adventurous, I'll put guacamole on it. I'm also a big fan of a good fish or chicken taco. I love tacos.

I have made my own salsa before, and it's pretty yummy, but I do store-bought salsa, too. Just need something with extra spice.

Not necessarily toppings, but I like all kinds of tacos! Barbacoa, al pastor, lengua (tongue), chicken, ground beef . My favorite breakfast tacos have chorizo and egg.

I start with either beef or chicken, then I add cheese, sour cream and hot sauce. I'm a very traditional kind of guy.
