Reece beamed at Sundae. "Yup!" he said proudly. "Nopony I'd rather stick with than my family!" He wrapped an arm around Riley's leg.

 

Riley smiled. He looked up at the new pony. "Hi there, One Way!" he said.

 

'I wonder if my lil bro will get a crush... or even a full-blown relationship...'

 

(OOC: Wouldn't it be cool if two or more colts in the group fought over a filly?)

After Storm, Pinkie and all the others had a chance to greet the new arrival, Blitz went over and gave him a hug too.

 

"And I'm Blitz Boom. It's good to meet meet you One Way."

 

She let go of the colt after a little more and jumped a little backwards to get a better view of him, which is when she noticed the cat on his back.

 

"Awh, what a cute kitty. What's it's name?"

Riley was giving Cookie some food in order to distract him from the cat perched atop the new pony's back, because dogs and cats do not mix very well.

 

"Yes, what's your ca- er, animal called?" he asked One Way.

 

Reece went over to the cat and began stroking it affectionately.

"Well, let's do what he came here for!" Babs suggested, waving the rest of the foals forward.

"All right, everypony," Apple Bloom said as the rest of the foals gathered around in a circle. "Why don't we start this meetin' with some brainstormin'. Just so we don't try to duplicate any ideas, what have y'all done over in Manehattan, Babs?"

"We've done our fair share," Babs recalled. "From miniature golf to soap box derby racing, nothing. Maybe we should ask around and see if there's something none of us have tried."

'I wonder if my little brother could get a cutie mark in pranking?' Riley mused to himself.

 

"Yo, Reece, wanna go over there so we can... talk about something?" he asked Reece.

 

The younger brother nodded. "Be right back!" he said to the group, and he and Cookie followed Riley to behind the barn.

Riley opened his suitcase and pulled out a chair (please don't ask how it was able to fit). It normal height, but considerably wider lengthways.

 

"Tell me, lil bro, have you ever seen this party trick?" he asked rhetorically with a smirk. With that, he sat down in the chair, which made Riley's butt grow to twice its normal size, accompanied by the sound of a balloon stretching.

 

Reece laughed at the display. "Hey, is that reversible?"

 

Riley got up , his expanded posterior still intact. "Yup. Ten seconds after you get up. My boss has some awesome prank stuff," he replied.

 

"Whenever some bullies are giving you a hard time, just come to me, and-" He stopped as he felt his plot shrink back down to its original size. "As I was saying. Just come to me, and I'll be happy to lend you that chair. Or any other prank item, magical or normal."

 

The two ponies and the dog returned to the group, with Riley holding the chair. He placed it down on the ground.

An "Oooo~!" was heard from Storm's box, "I totally forgot about these!" He exclaimed. Suddenly a large blue stone, about the size of a beach ball, flew out of the box, landing about two eet away with a large *thud* and a small cloud of dust before more rustling was heard from the box and two similar green and red stones landed beside the first. "Wait... I don't even remember getting this..." was heard before a large black stone flew through the air, landing beside the first three stones. "Ooh~! I think I'll give this to Octavia for her birthday!" what looked like a large bow for a violin landed with a clatter, but it looked to be made of solid diamond. "Aha!" Storm exclaimed, "Found it!" A crate the size of two or three Storm Shines landed beside the other miscellaneous items that were thrown out of the box, with Storm landing next to it a minute later.

 

"I made this for the Crusaders a while back, but kinda lost it in my box..." He informed the gathered ponies sheepishly, rubbing a hoof on his neck. "May I present..... Pause for dramatic effect..." Storm announced, "The CMC's Persistant Founders!" He finished, hitting the box, which fell open to reveal.... A large carving of Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle, and Applebloom having fun with the words 'CMC Founding members' and their names engraved at the base... It was also purple. "I had a really big piece of Amethyst lying around..." Storm explained. "I'm still trying to figure out what to do with the Sapphire, Ruby Emerald, and Jet over there..." He continued, jerking a hoof at the four orbs nonchalantly. "Not to mention all the other random stuff I've found over the years..." Storm mused aloud.

Riley and Reece diverted their attention from waiting to see who would end up sitting down in the magical prank chair when Storm Shine began tossing a bunch of stuff around from the box.

 

"This is amazing!" said Reece. "How do you even get all of this stuff?!"

"Well you know.... You travel Equestria for a few years, you pick up a few things.." Storm replied, looking up from his muffin. "You'd be amazed at how much random stuff I've found and collected over the years... I mean, I have at least two more boxes like this completely full of stuff..." He informed his friend and the other gathered ponies. "Not to mention the crates and other containers full of stuff.."

"Hey, big bro, I'll bet you that Storm Shine has a rainbow-coloured hairdryer," said Reece, looking up to Riley. "If I'm right, you have to sit in the chair. If not, I'll sit in the chair."

 

Riley thought about it. "Deal."

 

Reece asked Storm, "So... have a rainbow-coloured hairdryer?"

"Hmmm....." Storm hummed as he thought about it. "Lemme check." He replied, jumping back into the box. "No.. No... No... No... Definitely not... Nu-uh...." was heard along with the rustling of various items with several things flying out. First a rainbow colored clown wig, then a Rainbow Balloon, followed by a rainbow colored spatula, after which a rainbow colored muffin had a short flight into Pinkie Pie's mouth, a rainbow colored hammer, and finally a rainbow colored kitchen sink landed nearby with a crash. "Ah-ha!" was heard, before.. "There's my favorite lounging chair!" a rainbow colored bean bag chair flew out of the box.

 

A few minutes later Storm landed next to the two brothers looking serious. "I'm sorry...." He said shaking his head and talking in a grim tone. "But.... I totally have a rainbow-colored hairdryer!" Storm continued, his tone changing back to it's normal silly one and his smile sliding back onto his face as he held up the object. "I wonder if Rarity would want it...?" He mused aloud, looking at it thoughtfully.

Reece looked up at his brother with a smug grin.

 

Riley sighed with a smile. "Well, a deal's a deal." He walked over to the chair and perched his rear onto it, which once again caused it to blow up to twice its normal size.

 

"Now that's one way of making your cutie mark more visible," he joked.

Storm looked at Riley's cutie mark, the position causing the arrow to point up, before looking up. Seeing nothing he started to look around causing his head to spin 720 degrees before his body quickly followed, whirling below him. Storm fell to the ground confused, "Where's the elevator?" He asked the two brothers.

Riley and Reece looked at each other and blinked.

 

"We're outdoors. There are no elevators here," said Reece pointedly.

 

Riley decided to take advantage of the situation. "Stormy, you're clearly dazed and confused. Why don't you come over and sit down?" he asked, picking Storm up and flying him near the chair.

Storm nodded, "You're right!" He replied with a smile, sitting down (human style)... On his rainbow-colored beanbag chair. "I haven't lounged on this thing in forever!" Storm exclaimed happily, "I'd almost forgotten how comfy it was!" Pinkie giggled. "It is comfy!" She agreed happily, now laying across the bean bag chair and Storm's lap.

"Oh, okay then," Riley said to the two lovebirds. "I mean, I was going to offer you to sit down on this awesome enchanted seat with enchanted powers, but if you'd rather sit down on that rainbow-coloured beanbag you have there... that's all well and good," he went on.

"You made this?" Apple Bloom's eyes gleamed. "For us? Wow!"

 

"It shows how big an impact you have on foals just like us," Babs reminded her.

 

"That's right." Apple Bloom nodded. "The three of us are tighter than bark on an apple tree. And I'm sure the rest of the foals will be, too."

 

"We haven't done a lot of traveling, outside of Manehattan and Bucklyn," Sundae said.

 

"We have some family east of us in Long Bridleland, though," Brownie added. "I don't know if any of them are Apples, though."

"No apples here. Not that I know if anyway. Why? And what did he show you guys? Seriously uncool guys." He says, even though he has an unobstructed view of the carving. All the while, Smudge just played in a corner, watching lazily. "This sucks, Smudge? Where are you?"

"But my beanbag is awesome~!" Storm sang, "And enchanted! How else could I get it to be this comfy? Not naturally, that's for sure!" He explained. "Sure feels like magic!" Pinkie exclaimed happily.

"Yeppers!" Storm replied, pointing towards the three CMC founders. "You totally deserve it too!" He chirped, "I remember when I was a blank flank... I actually started traveling across Equestria because I wanted to find my Cutie Mark... Once I found it, I ended up settling here... And it was the best choice I've ever made..." Storm explained, before nuzzling Pinkie's muzzle with his own.

"Oh... Er.." Storm hesitated, guessing that Oneway Mirror must be blind... "Oooh! Here!" He exclaimed, handing a bottle to Oneway Mirror "If you drink that, you'll know what it looks like! Zecora gave that to me, it's kinda like a memory potion thingy."

"Who is Zecora? Who are you? Give me thatthat." Oneway looks off in defiance and tries time hide his drinking from the bottle. "You could have just told me. But thanks, and seriously, where is my cat?" As he walks to to drink it, he feels a chair using his wings like attenae and sits in the prank chair.

Pinkie looked up from the cat she was petting, "This kitty-witty-cat?" She asked, putting the cat into Oneway's lap. "Here you go!" She chirped, before jumping back to her previous spot with Storm. "Zecora's a zebra who lives in the Everfree, she makes some really good tea.... and potions too!" Storm informed Oneway cheerily.

"A zebra!" Brownie and Sundae squealed together.

 

"We've never met a zebra before," Brownie said.

 

"Does Zecora really speak in rhyme?" Sundae wanted to know.

"Yikes!" Babs exclaimed. "I never would have guessed you were blind, One Way."

 

"No wonder you couldn't see our gift," Apple Bloom said, noticing One Way's flanks. "Or where you're sittin' for that matter."

The last few minutes worth of random things that had gone on had made Blitz go from one place to the other, but watching things in silence as her focus was shifted too much to really have a time to think of a reply.

 

Storm had pulled more things out of his box, including some gem rocks and a sculpture of the original CMC made out of one of said types of gems. She had gone over there briefly, circled it and patted it a few times just to make sure it wasn't made from some sort of dark candy floss or something alike. It didn't look like it was the case, but she wouldn't have been surprised if Storm had made it like that. He could make bomb muffins after all, could be he also knew how to make sugar sculptures.

 

Reece and Riley had brought out a chair, and had then betted on who would need to sit on it. That had confused her a little until Riley had lost and she had seen what it did, which made her giggle a little, but not much beyond that. Mostly because she was wondering if that would work with all body parts you put on the chair of just the rear. It would be fun to put a hoof on it otherwise and then see what would happen.

 

She didn't get the chance to as One Way eventually wandered over and sat there, and in the turmoil that went on before and after that revealed that he was blind. She had just thought he had the glasses on because he couldn't handle light that well, but now... It explained why he had the cane too, but it didn't make it any less sad in her mind that he couldn't see them. She did wonder if he didn't have eyes, like Briar, or if he was blinded on both eyes, but she felt bad for thinking it and shook it out of her head.

 

She wasn't sure what to say to One Way right now that wouldn't come out wrong, so she stayed silent towards that for now and just looked at him for a little longer with conflicting worry and I'm sorry* tones going over her eyes before turning to the twins and talking to them. They had asked about Zecora, and This she could answer.

 

"Zecora rhymes All the time. You have to reeeeally listen to be able to get what she's saying cause of the rhyme and twirling words, but she's Way smart if you can understand the riddles."

Riley giggled as he looked at One Way, but hadn't known up until now that he was blind. "Oh, uh... *giggle* I'm sorry, I *snicker* had no idea you were *pfft* blind..." he managed to get out.

 

Reece wondered if One Way even knew what temporary modifications were being made.

Storm walked back over to the group, "Hey everypony what did I miss? I took a quick trip home for some stuff..." He said, before noticing Pinkie and the others standing next to... Storm? "Oh, I guess you all found my first sugar scultpure, huh?" He asked, walking over and tapping the other Storm's nose which made a *Tink, Tink* sound.

"What is this? Why did my rear just swell up?" He can feel the effects of the chair, though unable to see the cause of it. "And Yes, I am blind, whoop de doo. You got a problem with that funny boy?" He asks in the direction of the pony laughing. Flying up, he just barely misses the ceiling. "This is why I have a cat." He mutters
