Hey amber, i finally thought of a better backstory for Candy Star, cn i get your opinion on it?

 

 

Candy Star was born in Tall Tales, a city in which she has known for years, but her family, wanting the best for their daughter, set out to find a better place to raise her. They're choice? Ponyville. Here she could meet others her age and get along just fine with them. when she comes of age, she is taught some responsibility when her parents buy a store for her to work at. This store would be whatever she wanted it to be, and as they suspected, she chose a candy shop of all occupations. But they supported her goal and gave her everything she would need and left for Tall Tales again.

Hearing this, Candy Star felt sad, but knew it wasn't right to go back and try to live with them again, she was a grown mare and needed to act like one. Through those tough times, she persevered and made a living. Candy Star makes trips to see her parents countless times when she had to close shop for the day and is happy to learn they are on their business trips. 

Now with new friends, Candy Star pushes forward with her motto in tow: 

"Friends help each other, no matter what!"

Attached is a drawing of 2 OCs that one of my Steam Friends wanted since early December. Here's about a month of heavy procrastinating on the internet for everypony to see.

He hasn't specified any names yet. If anypony has any names that might fit any one of those two, please tell me. Thank you.

I don't really want to deviate too far from the purpose of the thread. It was originally about uploading a sketch of Garnet, was that correct? I have created a preliminary composition for a bit of "Theme Music" for Garnet. Might have somepony else remix or add to it to better fit the wants of the community.

Have a listen and tell me what you think. Bear in mind that it's only a prototype composition, and the sound kinda got degraded a tad when I screencapped this.

Oh... now I kinda feel bad about posting the 3D rendered 2D Image of what-I-do-in-my-spare-time here...

I was doing some late-night drawing... I suppose I can submit the first of the pony artwork I intend to do...

The top one is for a FimFiction user called PeanutButterBrony.

The bottom one is for @AmberDust.

They appear to be rotated incorrectly... Not much I can do about it... 's what I get for uploading photos taken by a smartphone... (Even though @AmberDust's OC is facing the wrong way, they were all rotated in the same direction...) Enjoy!
