What do you think would be a gigantic disaster?

So, guys: What do you think would be a twist that could happen in season 5 that could actually have a negative effect on the community or even the show itself?

 

I would say one big mistake would be giving the mane 6 coltfriends, the fanfic writers would take this as a huge blow, and also would show that Hasbro is out of ideas.

Because that has serious story ramifications, far more so than the introduction of romance. At the very least, it'll cheapen Twilight's princessification as just another step in Hasbro's doll-selling plan. Which it was, but the writers have tried to make that character arc mean something. If someone else becomes an alicorn, than that's just a thing that happens instead of being a special lil' thing that Twilight earned.
