Anti-bronies in a nutshell that pretty much sums it up. Even for a TV-Y rated show about ponies this is out of place.

Anyways, I if I had to choose a scene, it would be most of the "Mysterious Mare Do-Well" episode. They made Rainbow Dash look like a complete fool and it was pretty unnecessary.

Yea but it was to teach her a lesson, there's a big difference between being boastful and being humble. I mean, she shows off a lot so she kind of had it coming but that's my opinion.

This is NOT how you write Fluttershy. Sure she can be scared at time but she's WILL come through for her friends and not cowering in the corner. The same could be said for Fluttershy's scene in Luna Eclipsed.

I absolutely despise Rainbow and anytime she opens her mouth is when I want to shield my ears. Plus anytime she sings because wow her voice is terrible.

I kid, but seriously, though disliking the character is one thing, you might want to remember Rainbow Dash is voiced by Ashleigh Ball, the lead singer of Hey Ocean! She's certainly not in want of singing chops.

Also a large part of A Friend In Deed with Pinkie and Cranky. If it was Fluttershy and not Cranky that Pinkie was harassing, a lot of fans would be all over Pinkie with pure outrage, as it was in Filli Vanilli. The Pinkie scenes there were also equally annoying.

All of Mysterious Mare Do-Well, especially the nonsensical farce of a "moral". Rainbow Dash has every right to despise their guts after the stunt they just pulled. 

 

Also, the scene from Princess Twilight Sparkle where Applejack basically tells Twilight to go home like a good little princess and let them handle it. The first part of the S4 opener seemed to try its hardest to lessen the fears that Twilight's new position would change her relationship with her friends...right up until this scene.

 

For one, it's out of character because not only does no one disagree with this, but they've always done things like this together so sending away possibly their strongest asset is stupid. Two, it completely undermines everything before it because the only reason Applejack wants Twilight to leave is because now that Twilight's a princess, she's more important than them and too valuable to come along because she could get hurt, even if you argue that should they be unable to rescue Celestia and Luna that Twilight would help everyone from completely panicking. Three, it ends up being entirely superfluous padding anyway because not only does Twilight turn right back around after Discord convinces her otherwise (where she quickly gets incapacitated by gas-spewing plants for no reason, but that's another matter entirely...also why is the god of chaos the voice of reason here?) but the moment the others reach the tree, they realize within seconds that they have no way of fixing it without Twilight's help. Nice going there, AJ.

I disagree, like what I'mnotaDJ said, I think the singing voice is amazing of dashie, even though I too don't like Dashie overall lol.

AGREED. I do not even acknowledge this scene, I only acknowledge the original scene as existent lol. I can deal with the new voice, since the old one to me sounded more like a colt than a mare, but the underped eyes and not calling her Derpy, nope, doesn't exist, never happened. Burn it. Another case of people in society being way too sensitive. If she isn't derped to the full extent in season 5 I will rage.

I know it's been mentioned a lot but Pinkie Pie in Filli Vanilli is honestly the only scene from the show I really hated and think shouldn't have been there at all. I think I'm generally pretty chill when it comes to these things, but ugh that is not how you write Pinkie - sure she can be oblivious and tactless at times, but we've also seen her be supportive and encouraging when it comes to Fluttershy in particular (Griffon the Brush Off, Dragonshy) - and it just annoys me even more because I feel like Pinkie and Fluttershy hardly get any moments or scenes together as it is and when they do it's...that I still adore absolutely everything else about the episode, I just quietly pretend Pinkie wasn't in that ep at all in my version of canon, lol :okiedokielokie:

I wasn't a fan of the breezies transformation. I also don't like the idea of Daring Do being real. That was a big mistake.
