I was wonding how to add a link in a Signature?

I wanted to add a link to a thread I made in my signature, but I don't know how to. I wanted it to say what it is and not just the URL.

 Thanks

First you get to your signature editing page thingy.

Then you type in a word and highlight it

Then you click the chain with the little plus symbol

Then, you paste/type your link

Lastly, when people click on the word(s) they go to the link
