Are there truely Aliens out there?

Is there actual Intelligent life out there in the vastness of Space? I'd like to believe so and their are plenty around the world who would like to believe so too. If you have anything to share regarding the possibility of Alien life then please share it with us here.

If we found life, who's to say they're anything as powerful as we tend to make them out to be. What if they're at a stage similar to we were in our primal year but without the luck and fortunate way through life that we managed to sustain. They could've had a tropical then suddenly hit a hard winter for the next thousand years. What if they didn't discover fire and what if they used an alternate means to fire that is unknown to Earth. The possibilities are endless and what we could find has endless possibility also.

I think we'll find life on another planet but in the form of micro-organisms. Nothing on the scale and fortunate luck we've had with Earths very special climate. I believe they'll be strong, resistant and have many immunities to living in a less advantaged climate to Earths. I feel Earth is the Easy Life forms way of life and it's Easy to breed life on Earth in comparison to a planet with less to sustain life.

Please share your Alien stories, pictures, theories, experiences and videos for all to see!

Space is huge, almost infinite, we know nothing about it. It's almost impossible there isn't life somewhere else than here. There are billions of planets in the universe where life can exist.

However, when we talk about possible life in space, don't think about intelligent creatures like us humans, it can simply be plants, or bacteria (as you said).

Consider this:

Earth has intelligent life and it orbits the Sun, which is of course a star.

The Milk Way Galaxy has hundreds of millions of stars all of which can have planets orbiting them as well.

And to top it off, there are potentially billions of galaxies in the vastness of the universe.

There is surely at least one other planet that is much like Earth, I have absolutely no doubts that there is boundless intelligent life out there, it just could be incredibly far away.

The universe is so fascinating and wonderful. :)

In short, yes. The universe is massive, we have no idea if Aliens are out there, but I like to believe so :).

If there's not, then it's just us. I don't want it to be that since we're just 1 planet, yet there are millions of un colonized planets that could have other species on.

I believe that if we were to ever discover alien life on another planet, it'd be more amazing than anypony could ever imagine.

Hey, maybe it's like an ant hive. There's like, one female that runs the whole show. Yeah, the mama. She's badass man. I mean, big.

That would be awesome, giant space Ants!

To think, what if they've already expanded but it was just far far away from us?

Space is huge, almost infinite, we know nothing about it.

I wish the process was faster, it makes me so sad to know I won't be around for when we really explore Space.

I don't think anyone in this day and age would be willing to deny the fact that of course alien life exists, that's just a fact, however though how advanced and whether or not it's visited Earth is an entirely different debate.

Sadly there are people who believe if there is no proof then there is no life outside our world.

Why wouldn't there be? The universe is most likely infinite, and earth is only one planet.

Humans have superiority complex, and on top of that we don't know how much we're not told by our governments.

Did I say how big the universe was?

Fermi's paradox. There are billions of galaxies so the chance of life somewhere is very high. Yet in all this vastness humans haven't found any.

This helps explain: we simply don't know

The estimated number of planets in our galaxy is a number so big most of us have no frame of reference for it. The number of galaxies in the universe is estimated, at the lowest, to be one hundred billion, each with their own stars and planets.

To think that of all of those, Earth is the only one where sentient life has evolved, is arrogance so staggering that I can't even conceive of it.

Do I think that any of the sentient life out there is visiting Earth? I doubt it, but anything is possible.

Depends what you mean by aliens. If you mean intelligent life not originating from Earth, then possibly, but there's no way to prove or disprove this until we achieve FTL travel. But if you mean non-intelligent life, then yes, the universe is full of non-intelligent alien life. Personally I subscribe to the camp that says yes there is intelligent life, because of the vastness of our universe, it seems rather unlikely that intelligent life wouldn't arise somewhere other than earth.

First of all, it appears highly probable to me that of the innumerable planets out there, at least some hold the conditions to sustain life. Problem is, common logic says that the chance for intelligent life is unlikely, then the probability that such a planet's astronomic position is relatively close to ours is even smaller. Heck, we could be the only sapient species (didn't even considered the chance for alien lifeforms like microbes or small creatures) in our galaxy.

I imagine that it's entirely possible through some extra-terrestrial form of abiogenesis that some planets have given rise to alien organisms. There is of course the fact that scientists have managed to create artificial DNA in lab conditions, and even some with exotic nucleotides. It's possible there are conditions out there that we couldn't even fathom, that could have supported life.

Tl;dr - Probably, who knows for certain?

I can guarantee 100% that there is other life in the universe. And by life, I mean anything that's living such as plants or bacteria, not an intelligent species like humans.

For bacteria to exist it needs a few nutrients, mainly being: Carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron.

There's tonnes of that shit in the universe.

There was a planet called Kepler 438b that was discovered just this year, and it is the planet that is mostly like earth but just a little off. If there was to be life the closet to us would most likely be there!,

If you are talking about aliens like the Xenomorph or Predator, that would be extremely interesting!

With your logic, it may be safe to say there is intelligent life as well given the universe is proposed to be infinite.

Considering the vastness of the universe it's probably mathematical fact that there is intelligent life somewhere. However, the problem is that due to the limits of speed (the universal speed limit the speed of light) chances are we'd never see it even if there was. We simply wouldn't be able to travel back and forth to an alien civilisation fast enough to make any sort of meaningful developments without dying of old age in transit. It think it's considered relatively likely that we could pick up a rogue radio broadcast one day. The earliest radio broadcasts that we made are still travelling through space, ready to be picked up by other life forms.

I am an experienced cook, musician and care worker though, so that's something.
