gaming Cancelled Videogames

I would love to play, or at least see some footage of Super Mario 64 2. According to some sources, the game was in development for the 64DD, but was cancelled due to low sales of the add-on. Only one demo level was made, but never shown to the public.

Silent Hills could have been a masterpiece, but it got cancelled this year. ;_;

Wasn't Edward the main character of the 360 Alone in the Dark? I only ever played The New Nightmare and loved it. Still need to go back and do the first three and get the 360 one.

Edward Carnby is the main character of every Alone in the Dark game, but from what i heard the fifth game makes references to the old 3 games in the series, but ignores everything that happened in part 4. I remember that one of the bad guys from Part 4 survived, but the fifth game ignores that, also Edward Carnby had a partner Aline Cedrac ( or whatever her names was spelled  :lol: ) and she also disappears in the fifth one.

But then again, part 4 also ignored the first three games, that was set in the 1920 s i think and then part 4 plays in 2002, which makes edward carnby almost over 100 years old without explanation  :lol:

Fallout: Van Buren is one. Although granted I am glad we have the current Fallout 3, it would have been interesting to see how the franchise would go if Bethesda never bought it out.

I draw fan art (and crossovers) of MLP, Undertale, Gravity Falls, Homestuck, and more! If you're interested, check out my Deviantart, Tumblr, and Twitter!

I actually wasn't aware he was the main guy in those too. Maybe the one from The New Nightmare is a descendant? I still need to go back and do Aline's side of TNN. I got up to the fortress and got gangbanged by a bunch of demons at the same time in one room. @_@

Fallout 3: Van Buren was what Fallout 3 was originally supposed to be before Black Isle Studios was shut down in 2003 and before Bethesda bought the rights to it.

It was to be an isometric game like Fallout 1 and 2, and was supposed to take place east of NCR territory, with hoover dam being at the western-most part of the map. One of the major plot points was to be a war between the Brotherhood of Steel and NCR. We would have been able to see Caesar's Legion during its earlier days.

...But that's just my opinion.

Starcraft Ghost. I was interested in seeing the universe from another perspective but nope.... up and canceled the thing.

I actually got to play Ghost. It was enjoyable, but extremely unpolished.

More Banjo Kazooie games would have been nice.
