Oh. I thought the title meant "Wasted" as in "Drunk", in which, in that case, I would've said Salt would be the #1 candidate for making ponies drunk (as a reference to the first episode that introduce Apploosa, in which some dude was kicked out of a tavern and the "bartender" said "That's enough salt for you!" and the one whom was kicked out was all drunk-looking)
