Probably because the camera quality changes and/or the hair style slightly differentiates. Mah hair is very stiff and thick, so it's all slender and such when I'm outta the shower and it's all poofy when I'm dry. It also depends on how much hair I have, if I've cut it or not, but then again, it applies to almost everyone.
