I will lead if or when I’m needed or need to be- to helps other to achieve a shared goal and for the better outcome, whatever it might be. But I don’t strongly believe in “all for one” leadership. I like having a system where everyone’s responsibility and roles are aligned towards contribution rather having to depend on a leader to contribute. It’s better to independently decide what’s best for you rather than try to herd cats as a leader or blindly follow what some other person says. I can work in teams but I prefer to entrust myself with tasks rather than follow someone else's plans, and honestly I probably don't make for a sociable or communicative teammate. Do svidaniya 2,064 July 5 Share July 5 If I had to choose? "Follower", I don't enjoy the responsibiliy of leadership roles much though I have had several people tell me I'd be good at it. And while I say 'follower' it's definitely the highly critical kind that would be the first to leave at sight of bs LOL. Though, like @Raskolnikov the lone wolf is how I operate, one reason why I enjoy working the night shift is because there's none of those manager types hanging around thinking they can tell me how to do my job.
