Are you a leader or a follower?

I’d put myself in the “it depends” category. I’ve been both, but I often like to do independent tasks, so sometimes neither would apply. Not a very straightforward answer, but there you go.

I've always been more of a follower, but I can adapt. If I have to be a leader, I can be. I just prefer not to.

Is neither an option?  I'm no leader at all, but I also go my own way and don't follow others.  I'm not really good with authority or conforming to what others want me to do.  I work best alone.

Leader, without question.  It's gotten me into way too much trouble, though. I no longer lead anything aside from my household, very much by choice. I'll never be an admin, a mod, or someone in charge of a group EVER AGAIN!

I only follow if we shared the same goal and standards. If not, I don’t like authority. I will lead if or when I’m needed or need to be- to helps other to achieve a shared goal and for the better outcome, whatever it might be. But I don’t strongly believe in “all for one” leadership. I like having a system where everyone’s  responsibility and roles are aligned towards contribution rather having to depend on a leader to contribute. A head cannot function without a body, as just a body cannot function without a head.

Neither really. Without getting too radical I’m not really fond of authority or hierarchy. It’s better to independently decide what’s best for you rather than try to herd cats as a leader or blindly follow what some other person says.

I'm a follower, but not the kind that does literally whatever authority says. I'm definitely not a leader though, I think I'm bad at leading.
