Specifics huh, well water is his automatic counter element but besides that his weaknesses are just like any other pony. Shooting, stabbing being hit in the face. Even if he heals the injury is still as effective as it would be on a regular pony he might just not appear hurt. Though he has sweet spots that hurt him worse then others and the more that area is attacked the faster he will lose the battle.

 

According to my co-authors he does need at least 1 other ability but idk what that is yet or when I will come up with it. When I do though I will list it out with its counters, I never create something that can't be countered in someway. And if I'm currently in a fight I will not implement a the new power until that fight is over. He is suppose to be based off War from the apocoplyse but he doesn't have an ability that causes War :/ they said I need one. So when I figure that out I'll let everyone know.

She's actually INCREDIBLY vain.  She uses a cream that passively disfigures her just so that she can superficially appear twenty years younger.  The one thing she absolutely refuses to do is to accept her age.  She doesn't just desire to feel beautiful, she desires to be objectified.

 

Carnelian lives, breathes, and feeds on attention.  She's absolutely incapable of validating her existence otherwise, and so relies upon the hungry stares and cute blushes of the mares and stallions she attracts.  She firmly believes her sex appeal to be the crux of her influence and that if she had not gone to lengths to hide her true age, that nopony would take her seriously.  This internalized misogyny occasionally comes to the surface via intense bouts of anxiety that require sedatives, but so long as she manages to surround herself with yes-men who uphold her personality cult, this anxiety can be kept in check fairly easily.

She sounds a lot like Mason, Tricis' first apprentice with the inability to accept aging thing. I bet Tricis would piss her off pretty easily .3.

Obviously, without offering any of her blood, Carnelian's powers are rather passive and most useful outside of combat.  Exactly what kinds of abilities you'd like to see, I'd love to hear :>

That is correct, minor abilities that wouldn't completely make her "premium" magic cost ineffective.  The sort of abilities that could probably apply in passive or light combat scenarios, but they'd be about as useless in a hard fight as a butter knife.

In general, it's blood bending.  Combat abilities include things like small heart-seeking blood blades, blood rapiers, blood shields, blood chains, etc.  The more blood she has available, the power her abilities become.  If her opponent is wounded, she has the ability to take blood from them, but I'm still working out what's limiting the amount of blood she can take or what her opponent can do to stop her from sucking out all of their blood.

I am not sure about a high charisma stat thing Orion. It seems a bit unfair to use on players. I mean how would you feel if someone told you you had to act a certain way around their character? I personally feel it's a form of bunnying (controlling someone else's character).

 

Entitled character: I am so awesome, worship me for no apparent reason.

 

Non-sheep character: No, I will decide for myself if you're worth worshiping or not fit to lick my hoof.

I don't see the issue here so long as it's either a non-essential NPC or the character's controller approves.  Bunnying (I just learned that today!) is a serious issue, but only when it happens in conjunction with powergaming (forcing actions on another character without the other player's consent).

Of course. Well in a nutshell it's not immediately apparent, but there are two Chrysalis while neither is aware of each other yet. One I am playing and one Down Trodden was playing but doesn't have time for right now. Him and I worked it out to where they got cloned and Corona and JR approved it a while ago. My Chrys is trying to get help for her people so they're not hostile to ponies and could have love to eat without having to attack ponies. Celestia suggested making a changeling community in the Crystal Empire where changelings who follow the reformed "clone" would be able to live in peace and feed on love from the Crystal Heart, not needing to attack ponies for love.

And as for stopping her, well, if they're in no position to fight back, they'd probably have to wait for her to fill that limit, before she can't take anymore. But I assume the effects of whatever's in their blood at that time would transfer over to her, leading to her possibly getting ill, or picking up other effects from whatever they're carrying in them. Unless a secondary ability is being immune to that.

Well, I assumed that she used her own blood for these things. So something like making a lockpick out of blood should be substantially easier and cost less in blood than something like a scythe.
