So I'm hearing a lot of hate for Pixels, but I personally really like it. It has boring parts like Grown Ups did, but the gimmicks helped keep me glued to the screen. Does anyone else here think Pixels is good?

Sad part is the people I was watching with, and I connected over the older games like pacman dk, qbert, etc. I personally liked, mainly for all the games that brought back memories (like how I reached lv 30 in galaga at wisconsin dells) and some of the gags were hilarious.

Me and my father had this very conversation... It made him feel nostalgic since he was an arcade kid in the 80s... as for me I thought it was alright... great effects, great crew and cast, though wasn't a fan of the story.

I didn't, but it wasn't because of any sexism the sites always complaiend about. I just didn't like it because the movie was stupid and badly made.

I was hoping that it would be a biography of Pixel Wavelength, but sadly it wasn't. I really liked it, and don't see why it gets hate.

Eeyup. Well, I can't say that I love it, but I had a good time watching it. Adam Sandler movies are kind of a 50/50 shot nowadays. I went in expecting to hate it, but I am glad it turned out to be decent.

I loved the movie! Also this is why I stopped reading reviews because they never know what they are talking about. They never try to enjoy anything and pick apart movies instead of enjoying the art as a whole.

I liked the concept.  I don't think it absolutely had to be an Adam Sandler and co. film, but parts of the film appealed, nonetheless, to the nearly-lifelong gamer in me.

Pixels was average to me I'd say about a 5/10
