This is the FIRST TIME i draw Sci-Fi Twilight. so don't judge me if i made it wrong.

Just looks like a normal non Sci-Fi Human Twilight to me

 

But yeah, very well done, great proportions and shading..

And also good compositing too, as the light streaks
