she has a mane and tail like princess celestia's but it has black and white stripes. her main body is black and has white stripes like a tiger. her crown and collar is the same color as celestia's.

Wow. These are really nicely done. When you are looking to do more I would like to see what you can do with mine. Pony generator got just the base down for me but I want him to look different that is beyond my control. Will post what I want once I get an okay from you.

In the mood to draw some OCs.

 

At least one reference is needed because I’m horrible at working from descriptions. It would help if you say what kind of pose, expression and things like that you would like. 

Nothing overly complicated, and just 1 character per drawing for now.

It will either be a full body or a headshot.

The background will just be transparent but I can add a simple background like this if you want.

Prophet did a nice job on the pony. However, I wish to see his mane about doubled the length and in a similar style as that nice tail. Both I would love to see more like fire in the wind. Must look lonely.

 

Will wait to see what you could do. Trying to find the right look before I take it to the commissions thread and buy stuff.
