Why haven't we had a villain who can copy special talents?

Pretty much like Mega Man, he/she/it can use any special talents it can analyze and can switch between them instantly.

Well if Starlight Glimmer was able to steal other's cutie marks, I don't think that someone having the magic to copy others special talents would be too out there for this show.

It could make for an interesting antagonist.

Also, the recent Friends Forever comic (with Luna and the CMC) has a monster that can reflect any spell.

Like a Changeling but instead copying the physical appearance of an pony, it will have the same equivalent magical abilities that the pony represents. What can be harder than to face a foe with the same magic as you.
