gaming Call of Duty: Black Ops II

According to my brother, the Ballistic Knife shows up on radar. He saw an enemy fire it, and the red dot appeared on his map at the same instant. Is this true

 

Edit: I just found out that it did since BO1, which seems very odd to me. A spring-action knife launcher would seem much quieter then a supressed LMG.

Yup! When you fire a Ballistic Knife, it does appear in the radar. It's weird but true. 

 

So, lately, I realized that I have a problem where I'm running away from enemy groups and I just can't outrun them to safety when using an assault rifle. So, I decided to mix around with the classes and add Lightweight to all ARs minus the SMR, since I usually only use that on Carrier, Turbine, Aftermath, or other maps if I'm feeling lucky. I also decided to replace mah sidearms with more equipment. Basically, here's what happened to all mah classes.

 

 

 

Done a lot of tweaking these last few days, but I'm pretty comfortable with these setups right here  .

Nice classes, but if I am not wearing Engineer, I'd rather not use a Black Hat because a Black Hat is only used at its best when paired with Engineer. I'm just saying, but maybe you should try putting a concussion or other equipment that you would like. I mean, I would use a concussion grenade as my backup tactical grenade.

 

Yesterday was such a bad day for my BO2. D: I got a 1.00 KD - 1.50 KDscore for dayyyyssssssss. D: I don't care about my KD, but I just can't help but looking at it from time to time which makes me feel bad about myself that I am going lower. >.<

 

If you guys are wondering what my KD is, just ask me. I kinda forgot right now, and my KD doesn't suck just so you guys know. It's decent, but not good enough.

@, I'm happy cause I soon have diamond on all Assault Rifles too.

I got diamond on all SMGs (including the Peacekeeper)

CE Digital is a camo that is for people who got the Hardened edition or whatever of Black Ops II. It's basically a digital pattern with some orange things in it or something....

@, No you're wrong That is the Elite camo. I bought hardened edition. I always buy the hardened editions. It must be some special version.. Maybe carepackage edition? idk

Heh, I could never have those classes. Not that I don't like them, but because I need a variety of classes. 1 stealth class, 1 "Shoot Down" with a Stinger (don't remember what it's actually called) and an LMG, a "running around" class usually with a shotgun, 1 "regular" Assault Rifle class, 1 Sniper class, and more when I prestige. I like to be able to be very flexible and able to adapt to the changing battlefield every time I respawn.

I mainly use the Black Hat for taking down UAVs, or with classes that I have two of them in, use one to take out the flares of a bigger killstreak and use the other to take it down if no one else has taken it down first (Like a Stealth Chopper). Of course, the bigger streaks like a Lodestar or VTOL would need the help of teammates since I would need 3 blackhats for those, but since I don't see them too often, the Black Hats are mainly for taking down UAVs/CUAVs, hacking Sentry Guns and Guardians, or hacking equipment I see, whether I have Engineer or not .

Yeah, I use my Black Hat for those purposes too but I'd rather have a launcher or something rather than a Black Hat because launchers have a quicker lock-on time. But meh, Black Hats are way more convenient. :3

I had Black Hats on almost all of my classes before I prestiged a 2nd time. The enemy was never able to keep a UAV for more then a few seconds :3

 

I'm trying to get diamond specials. I got gold Ballistic Knife, and I'm working on the Crossbow. I was lucky enough to get Kryptek: Typhon, Skulls (a kill with every bolt of the clip) and Carbon Fiber (1 double kill) all in 1 shot in Sticks and Stones, but I'm having trouble with Ronin (1 bloodthirsty), and I was wondering what the best game mode to get it in was.

So, earlier today, I saw some gameplay from the all powerful Xcalizorz with him using the Saiga 12, and I was inspired to use one of the shotties, even though they annoy me sometimes (Namely the R870 MCS). I decided to choose the somewhat OP yet also challenging KSG. I mean, this gun didn't exactly click with me in the past, although it was pretty unique with the monster damage but single slug round making it nescessary to have good aim. Boy, is it doing me good. In fact, it was so good, I decided to prestige simply to make a class for this beast of a shotty (When in the right hands, of course).

 

As you can see, it still needs some tweaking. I'm probably gonna put an extra perk, changing the semtex to C4, and of course add a trusty Black Hat PDA when I can.

Really, I've never been a huge fan of CoD or the FPS genre in general. I don't even have a PlayStation or an XBOX. Really, I'm too cheap. I finally got a newer system when I spent $70 for a used Wii. Yeah...I'm the type that waits 7 years for the price to go down haha! In any case, I don't really like FPS since I always get raped in the online play. I also don't appreciate being sworn at by a 12 year old. It's just not necessary. And let's face it, nobody swears and does it well when they were 12. I wasn't good at it then lol.

 

But I can sum up Black Ops II up in one word. The one reason I would buy this game and what is probably the most fun I have ever had (which is a whole freaking lot!) playing a video game--especially FPS--has to be zombies. I can't get enough of zombies. No matter how bad I suck at FPS games, I play zombies every chance I get

I feel like this game is way to boring as a standalone game. you really have to do something that the game does not intend to happen (no, not hacks... just no). I usually just troll people online. I wish I had a party to join though... fun game for parties it is indeed.

Yeah, also, in the Wii U community, there was a sudden surge of campers and people using the OP guns. 

 

My KD went down drastically. (0.12 decrease)

 

I can't cope well with this sudden change. >.> I even made an anti-camper class against this whole thing. It's doing decent, but it isn't that effective.

The KSG is my favorite. It was my first gold. I usually run Quickdraw, MMS, and either Long Barrel, Supresser, or laser with Primary Gunfighter. I use smoke grenades and then the MMS to pop 'em in the head when they try to rush the bomb.

Hmmmm, now that the Revolution DLC is looming over it's time of arrival on PS3, I'm betting there's gonna be a double XP weekend for it. I'll probably prestige again so I can get mah final Create-a-Class slot. I'm gonna either pick the Vector, AN94, or actually the QBB LSW. The last one was a cool LMG for me to use, and is a nice switch-up from the usual ARs I use, kinda like the KSG.

I'm 4 levels away from having my FAL at max level on 2nd prestige, and it will be my first weapon like that.  I have stock, that 2nd red dot sight you unlock that I can never remember the name of, and silencer.  Two days ago, I went from nothing to Stealth Chopper in Kill Confirmed with it on my first life, it's definitely my favorite gun in the game.

I really like Grind and Hydro. I haven't played Revolution enough to form an opinion on the other 2. the Peacekeeper is awesome, I like that has higher accuracy then other SMG's, and I love the sound it makes. Edited March 7, 2013 by Artemis

Well just totally wrecked a team on Nuketown 2025 for Double XP in Demolition. Went about 58-10, got about 3x Bloodthirsty medals.

I usually fight as a support class with a launcher to take out UAVs and such, but I swapped over to purely assault yesterday, and my KD's been going up faster than ever.

I even managed to get a load of Bloodthirsty medals, which is something I almost never get

I've had a lot of love for the Type 25 lately. Nice rate of fire, and it feels much more controllable than most of the other assault rifles.
