Here are some of my top picks:

Ok, some of mine, in no certain order!

For "BBBFF" my choice is the StormWolf remix, cause it's so dreamy:

 

For "Find the music in you" I like the µThunder remix because it's happy and has a good beat:

 

For "It's gonna work" I really love the version you posted. It would be one of my favourites overall if it weren't for the Enermatrix one, which I can (and will, especially while out running) listen to ten times in a row, I don't always care for the "drop" part of a song but this is reeeally cool:

 

For "Luna's future" I'll go with 174UDSI's remix. It's dark and immense:

 

For "Make this castle a home" I pick the µThunder remix because because of the brilliant melodies on the side:

 

"The pony I want to be" is great in the SimGretina remix:

 

Another dreamy remix is "In our town" by SharaX. It's awesome:

 

I love the Aviators backgrounds vocals in their remix "Love is in bloom", it gives it even more feeling:

 

There are lots of songs I like that aren't exactly based on the songs in the show. Too many. But I'll throw in just one. It's about Best Pony, Screwloose. And it's brilliant:

 

And, to save the best for last. The song I'll always keep close to my heart. It makes my day, any day I hear it. It doesn't need to be remixed (although I do like the Ice cap zone mix); the original beats them all. "Winter wrap up":

There are soo many good ones that it is hard for me to only pick a few.
