Pony Town Discussion Thread

I recently got into the new Pony-based browser game Pony Town and noticed there wasn't a discussion thread. So I thought I'd make one. 

 

It's a fun little community, There are some nice roleplayers and cosplayers  there like Melted Candle and Ponybot, but moderation ain't great and there's a couple hate groups over there (Thankfully most of them only do so in a satirical way) and some not so nice people...

 

I like their style and customization options...You can make most OCs accurate with enough tinkering...

 

 

 

Have any of you played it yet? What are your thoughts?

I've seen so many people playing it, and it looks really cool for the most part. Sadly,though, every time I attempt to try it out for myself, the servers seem to be down.

Yass! I actually wouldn't say I enjoy playing it but I do play it for a while when I do.

But yea it is pretty cool

When new updates are put in I will definitely enjoy I can see the potential

It seems cool, but other than chatting with others and writing words on the ground, there isn't much else to do. I only went to the 18+ server though, I'll probably never go to the other one.

I think it's pretty fun sometimes. I really like it, but the people who try to be edgy constantly get a bit annoying. :/

it also sucks how the cutie mark is super restricted :/

I have been on there, it really needs a mod because people get on there and spread illegal stuff and it can get pretty X rated to

i think most of the people don't even talk to each other they just run around the screen or turn themselves grass color and stand around in packs

I haven't been on it in the past week or so, and it can be pretty fun at times! A lot of people like promote their Instagrams there for some reason.

I think it is cute! I triedit before, but I think that was before the mobile version was fully supported (adding movement controls etc.) a few weeks ago. I actually made a new google account just to check it out.

 

I think it is fun, cute, and simple. Nothing major that I can complain about. I even made my OC, Foxy Socks!

 

 

I even added "socks" to her (though technically they are supposed to be her normal leg color). <3 I love it!

Cool I like the minecraft music in the background Ive played ponytown Though I only go on the pg server.

I actually do streams of Ponytown.

I love playing it, though it would be nice to support more languages such as Japanese, since it won't recognize the Kana/Kanji. And tsu (ツ) and Shi (シ) are replaced with faces (they do look like faces), so that would be awkward if it is supported.

The 2 main languages ive seen on ponytown is English and Russian and a little bit of Spanish which uses English characters.

Though other languages would be cool.

I've just tried it right now. It's kinda fun, but a bit overwhelming due to being forever alone . It's pony generator it pretty neat though, I've made one of my OC pretty accurately

I haven't played in a while, but I love the mobile support. I am not very social though, but it looks cute.

Played it a fair bit the last few days. The Pony Creator is actually pretty solid. I have been messing around as my OC, WoodenToaster and Sephiroth XD

Coincidentally,  I know one of the artists on Ponytown from somewhere else. It's a cute game, though I don't go on too often, and I can add "socks" to my OC!

I created my ponysona on Pony Town. I'm very pleased with how accurate you can make OCs and sonas. I wish you could do more on there though.

Since I'm not good at drawing, I find Ponytown a better alternative to the pony creator. Mostly because of the cute style it has.

I use Pony Town a lot, especially whenever there's events going on.

Other than that I just chill on the PG server. I take lots of screenshots btw
