It should be possible to get close. A google image search for "rarity cosplay" shows plenty of wigs that look similar to this, so a human hairstyle shouldn't be too hard. Getting it exactly like that, well... Some of those curls in the pictures seem to be defying gravity, so probably not.

It would certainly be hard, and you'd need a TON of hairspray. But if someone with the right skills had a go at it, I think it could be done. (At least something close to it.)

I've seen a lot of seemingly impossible things done with hair, so I'd definitely believe it could be done. Now all I need is for someone to accomplish this feat and tell me how they did it so I could do it too!  :idea:

You could get very close with lots of product, as others have said, but this begs the question--is it worth it?  I think that the amount of product required would just make it look unnatural an unattractive.  Something has to have a natural look to be attractive, imo.

I believe so. You can sculpt your hair as you wish after putting a litre of styling agent.
