Azureth 687 September 6, 2016 Share September 6, 2016 Obviously, one would need long hair, and also dye it purple, both of which are doable, but could one actually get it to look like it with all the curls and such?
pnylvr 185 September 6, 2016 Share September 6, 2016 It should be possible to get close. A google image search for "rarity cosplay" shows plenty of wigs that look similar to this, so a human hairstyle shouldn't be too hard. Getting it exactly like that, well... Some of those curls in the pictures seem to be defying gravity, so probably not.

Kyoshi Frost Wolf 42,202 September 6, 2016 Share September 6, 2016 It would take some epic skill I think, which only goes to show how much of a master of style that Rarity is. 1 Redeem me into childhood. Show me myself without a shell.

Aurora Wolf 2,354 September 7, 2016 Share September 7, 2016 If only it would be so easy..... I honestly would love if my hair would have that style on my wedding night. Not the purple though, that would make me look too weird.
Fluttershutter 2,911 September 8, 2016 Share September 8, 2016 lol I don't think a physical being could get Rarity's hair style. To get close you'd probably have to weave wires into the hair to hold that shape.

cmarston1 5,964 September 8, 2016 Share September 8, 2016 It would be possible to get close, but I bet it would be a pain to do so.

SpectraDust 149 September 8, 2016 Share September 8, 2016 (edited) It would certainly be hard, and you'd need a TON of hairspray. But if someone with the right skills had a go at it, I think it could be done. (At least something close to it.) Untitled Goose Q 5,138 September 8, 2016 Share September 8, 2016 Yeah, it's doable, though you'd need hair gel, amongst other things. I'm not sure how good it'd be for your hair though 1 On 4/22/2016 at 6:16 PM, The Nightly Spectre said: One does not ask why The Questioner is awesome. PiratePony 8,490 September 9, 2016 Share September 9, 2016 So much hairspray you'd be flammable within ten feet. I would love to see it attempted 7 Courtesy of @Sparklefan1234

Dreambiscuit 11,210 September 12, 2016 Share September 12, 2016 I've seen a lot of seemingly impossible things done with hair, so I'd definitely believe it could be done. Now all I need is for someone to accomplish this feat and tell me how they did it so I could do it too!
Justin_Case001 4,933 September 12, 2016 Share September 12, 2016 You could get very close with lots of product, as others have said, but this begs the question--is it worth it? I think that the amount of product required would just make it look unnatural an unattractive. Something has to have a natural look to be attractive, imo. Crypty Scribbles 6,492 September 12, 2016 Share September 12, 2016 I believe so. You can sculpt your hair as you wish after putting a litre of styling agent. This one seems drawn, but idea looks pretty close to the discussion subject:
