OK, this is just a fun thing I'm gonna do for Halloween, or Nightmare Night as it is also known. So, there will be a limit on requests so that I can finish them all in time. Basically, this is my regular thing (pixel art made on my pony bases) but with a twist... your OC will be put in a costume, all ready to wow everypony for Nightmare Night! This will be a first come, first served shop, so if a costume slot is already taken, then pick another. Same rules as my main shop (check my sig for the link). If anypony posts after the slots are taken, you might not get your request done; only if I can squeeze it in. Finally, remember that I am choosing the costumes, so if you do post after the slots have been filled, your OC will be placed in a random costume I choose for them. Here are the costume slots.
