Well fist you need a song to make the lyrics too, then you need to work out the mood of the song and what it will be about, then they generally should come to you, if you still get stuck, try listening to songs of a similar nature to the one you're making your song about for inspiration.

Alright thank you. I already have an idea of how it should sound. But I also have know idea how to compose sheet music.
