For me it's "lesson zero" every time I watch that episode I laugh, I love all the faces twilight makes and the dialogue is sooo funny it was a really well written episode and so funny. Does anyone else have an episode they thought was hilarious?

I actually agree with this. I think Lesson Zero is hands down the most hilarious episode currently. But several others I truly enjoy are Pinkie Apple Pie, Party of One, Saddle Rec and Review, and despite what everyone else apparently thinks 28 Pranks Later (despite some of the more obnoxious and annoying pranks RD pulled).

For me the one that immediately comes to mind is "Too Many Pinkie Pies" because of the part where her "crazy face" goes back to a prior generation's pony style.  THAT cracks me up every time. Otherwise, the "best face awards" would go to the last three episodes in Season 6, and they made my husband and I both laugh out loud. We even rewound and played a few to watch the faces again, hahaha.

Yeah I agree with those especially in Party of One when pinky pie was making all her "new friends" talk and then rainbow dash stands up to the pile of rocks that was hilarious

Lessons Zero. Just for the ''Hi girrrls'' part

Haha I couldn't agree more

Yeah they were hilarious, the faces they make in mlp are priceless

Probably for me it was season 5 ep 11 "party pooped" mostly because it had in my opinion the funniest line of the show in it, as the video below

Omg yes that was one of my favourite lines in the show!

I'll go with that.  Seeing straight-laced Twilight go a bit bonkers was quite amusing.  And it was the one time you saw Celestia angry.

I don't know, ether "Lesson Zero" or "Rarity Investigates!"

Yeah, it's a tough choice for me, but if I had to choose, these are the two I would ultimately narrow it down to as well. Two episodes where every single joke lands.

Yeah Lesson Zero is my undisputed favorite Twi episode, though INVESTIGATES! Isn't my favorite Rarity episode it's definitely her FUNNIEST and I want to see more of DETECTIVE RARITY! It's a concept that just works PERFECTLY. Like it'd be great if in some future 2 parter, Rarity used her analytical detective skills to find the big bads weakness or something.

Honestly I could watch Rarity solve crimes all day, and by that episode's example putting Rainbow Dash into the equation doesn't hurt either. So many things which are just so funny in that episode. And "Lesson Zero" is possibly my favourite episode ever.

I'm going to have to be a bit different from everyone else here and say "The Equestria Games". I know it's a Spike episode and the actual games were only featured sporadically, but I found Spike's misadventures throughout the episode to be an absolute delight. His attempt at singing the Cloudsdale national anthem was the icing on the cake.

"Make New Friends but Keep Discord" is really a great episode for some laughs. Maud, Treehugger, Discord and even Celestia were funny and it also included some great funny moments with some of the other characters too. Really entertaining and funny to watch again.

Most of the really funny ones have Pinkiedog

Lesson Zero (Probably the funniest non Pinkie episode)

Too Many Pinkies

Baby Cakes +, of course

Feeling Pinkie Keen.  The parts where Twilight is trying to figure out "The Pinkie Sense" & keeps getting zapped.

Nearly forgot the "That's not whining..." scene from Dog and Pony Show

"Lesson Zero", by far and away, although "Party of One" came close. The comic exaggeration of the ponies' respective states of mind in those episodes were probably some of the funniest moments of the show and are probably what turned a lot of skeptics into fans. They were also emblematic of what was unique about MLP; these moments helped to establish that this version of My Little Pony wasn't saccharine and preachy but that it had an edge to it. It was probably the only cartoon on at the time that taught life lessons by having its characters go total bats*** crazy, and the moments' sort of iconic status made the episodes rewatchable and attractive to new viewers.
