If I had to choose.  Twilight Sparkle because intelligence happens to be a big thing to me.  With Twilight being how she is, of course she'd be more than enough 'attractive' for me! <3

Trixie and Twilight are the most beautiful unicorns in Equestria. As is Rarity, but the way Twilight and Trixie each present themselves is something to behold. It's like their interactions with others make them prettier. Just take a look:

 

 

And Twilight is simply adorable with her eagerness for learning:

 

 

 

And then there's Rainbow Dash, who is something really special considering that she isn't into the "girly" stuff associated with what you would consider "pretty ponies". Her colour scheme is one thing to behold but because she's a tomboy, if you put her in a dress or something, you'd get to see something you would have thought to be impossible from somepony like her.

I voted for Luna though I am torn between Luna and Applejack and Twilight takes a pretty close second for me. The massage scene in Spike at your service especially makes it hard, I wonder how Rarity would have reacted if Spike tried to do that to her.

Oh yeah, Cloudsdale is full of pretty mares Rainbow Dash included, of course. Some others that qualify are Blossomforth and yes, Lightning Dust. She is hot.
