I do believe some clarification is in order: Elias currently down below in the dungeon section in the library while the main group is moving from the throne room to the hall outside. Sounds about right I think... XD

Yeah I was actually thinking that Luna would get interested in Techno's cape as she was very interested in Techno's projects before the outbreak. Like she probably knows about Techno's original plans and designs for the magic infused capes.
