How would you feel if Ember banished Garble

Think about it, his crimes are worth banishment from Dragonlands for life and to forever give every creature a hug!

Garble, he lied, he bullied, he disrespected authority, he tried to kill Spike multiple times and continues to keep dragon hate of ponies alive. He deserves to be banished.

Technically what Garble's doing is basically a core custom to dragons...

Ember's awesome, but right now, I'm against it. Garble humiliating himself, like Dash duping him to give up Flash Mangus's shield, is more satisfying retribution for his anti-pony xenophobia and crimes. ;)

He isn't acting differently from the other dragons--his attitude is pretty much how they behave as a society--so banishing him for that wouldn't make much sense. Now, if he were to do something that would infuriate Ember to no end, then he would likely get banished.

No, she shouldn’t banish him.

Because Ember is trying to change dragon society, and Garble isn’t that much worse than an average dragon. If Ember starts kicking out dragons just because they’re acting like dragons, she’s only making things harder on herself. The goal isn’t to get rid of dragons that won’t adapt to friendship like Ember wants, the goal is to show them why friendship is something worth having.

I think it's justified to banish him, but I can imagine the problems that will cost for Equestria. Now he has a place and people to be with, but then he is a problem. Especially if his friends follow him and cause destruction and hatred.

Trying to bury a problem isn't going to make it go away, and banishing Garble is akin to doing just that. Keep your friends close and keep your enemies closer seems fitting here, especially with one as incompetent as he is.

Besides, he's really more Spike's nemesis that Ember's, and he's no longer afraid to stand up to him, so banishing seems like overkill. In fact, with a little help from his friends he's been more than capable of beating him outright. He should do even better against him in the future - he might even rival Toothless someday when it comes to dexterity and firepower because of his small size! :D

I like the idea of reforming villains much more than ‘banishing’ them. It’s much more in-line with the show and it’s lessons.
