I had a Double Quarter Pounder with a large Coke and fries along with some Chicken McNuggets and sweet & sour sauce, yum yum.

A Sunday lunch comprising of leftover carrots cabbage and two sausages, the sausages diced and fried with onion in olive oil and a dash of mixed herbs, and roast potatoes.

I had a dream of a steak that I was hoping to be cooked rare but it came out medium rare….. let’s say medium, as long as it wasn’t well done and I had a glass of Pinot Noir to drink with it and I also had some mushrooms with that I cooked in olive oil with salt & pepper, garlic salt and mixed herbs on the side.
