Supper last night – leftovers – ham, a fried egg, green pepper, sautéed potatoes, to make ham egg & chips (sort of). We are still having an eggs shortage in the UK, due to avian flu. Or, somebody once said, it's only Asda supermarket who never got any!   So this is my last real egg, until I can get any more. I do however have egg powder to make scrambled eggs. + ketchup, black pepper, Himalayan pink salt, tea.

I had a Double Quarter Pounder (with Barbecue Sauce) with large fries and Chicken McNuggets with sweet and sour sauce cajun sauce, yum yum.

Vegetable stew made with Coleman's sausage casserole mix, with sausages, parsnip, carrot, onion, potato, mushrooms, a dash of Korean pot noodle spice sachet (hot!), wholemeal bread, tea.

I had Wendy's  for lunch two cheese burgers fries and chocolate frosty shake but no straw but I ate the frosty with a spoon
